The radio on my 2018 Dodge Durango has screen de-lamination & it clicks everywhere on the screen…read moreand I'm almost at the point of just keeping the radio off while I drive my car.I went 3 times to the dealership and They did not want to replace it unless I paid full price $1600.00. There's a bunch of dodge radios doing this and this is a factory problem. I waited a week to get my battery changed and radio inspected but they finally found some insurance and got it changed out. Im very disappointed in dodge and probably never buy dodge again unless they fix their interior issues. *Update after having my car for a week CJ got my radio changed with warranty only paid a small deductible. Thank you CJ for taking the time to find the insurance when other service writers couldn't.

MORGAN AUTO GROUP: WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY?…read more I purchased a vehicle from Lake City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Morgan Auto Group dealership, and what should have been an exciting purchase has turned into weeks of frustration, unanswered questions, and finger-pointing between Morgan Auto Group dealerships. The biggest concern involves the finance office. I agreed to purchase an extended warranty for $1,899.00. After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered I had been charged $3,999.99. That is more than double the amount I agreed to. The documents were presented on a small phone screen, making it difficult to review the details before signing. I did not discover the discrepancy until after the transaction was completed. I am currently consulting with an attorney regarding that issue. But the problems did not stop there. Before purchasing the vehicle, Julie Sullivan assured me that the vehicle had gone through an extensive inspection. Shortly after purchase, I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership because of concerns I was having. That dealership discovered the vehicle was equipped with tires carrying a date code of 3816, meaning they were manufactured during the 38th week of 2016. A performance vehicle was sold with tires nearly ten years old. I had already driven the vehicle approximately three hours home before this issue was discovered. When I asked how tires of that age could pass an extensive inspection, I was told the vehicle had been transferred from Kia of Orange Park, another Morgan Auto Group dealership, and that they had inspected it. That answer raises more questions than it answers. If one Morgan Auto Group dealership sells the vehicle and another Morgan Auto Group dealership inspects it, why is the customer expected to chase answers between locations? Morgan Auto Group owns both dealerships. From a customer's perspective, Morgan Auto Group is responsible for the experience, regardless of which store performed the inspection. I am also still dealing with a missing key fob and have struggled to get clear answers regarding these issues. At this point, I am not looking for excuses. I am looking for accountability. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from a Morgan Auto Group dealership, I strongly recommend: * Reviewing every finance document carefully before signing. * Requesting printed copies of all paperwork. * Checking tire date codes yourself. * Obtaining the inspection report. * Having the vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Photos of the tire date code are attached. Morgan Auto Group, I am still waiting for someone to explain how nearly 10-year-old tires passed an "extensive inspection" and why I was charged more than double the warranty price I agreed to. Buyer Beware.

Everyone dreads having to locate a repair shop in a town you are not familiar with.....but we did…read more Driving our 43 ft Motorcoach, we had a "check engine" alert come up with our Coach. It was related to our fuel system using DEF (diesel exhaust fuel). After contacting our Spartan Chassis Co, they directed us to Rush Truck Center. What a great bunch of people. They took us in that day to do the diagnostic evaluation. It's Monday....They called to get a new sensor unit ordered, it arrived overnight (Tuesday). Early Wednesday morning, the mechanic started the work. We were all finished by 11:00 and ready to get back on the road. We drove out, got about 3 miles and the "check engine" alert started flashing again. We turned around to get back to Rush Truck Service. Luckily, a campground was just down the street. BUT.... through no fault of Rush Truck.... the part that was sent was faulty!! . So, another unit had to be ordered. A new unit came in on Thursday..... it worked !! Though delayed for 4 days, we are back on the road for our trip. Thank you to Scott for all the work he did. Everyone was nice to deal with.

My front rear went out in Lake City on Wednesday 04/19/23 and I brought my truck to Rush Peterbilt…read moreon 04/20 and arrived before they opened at 630am, they open at 7. I advised them that my front rear was making clunking a noise. I further advised them that the front drive shaft was turning but not the rear, and I was able to move the truck by flipping the power divider. I told them to order a new rear because I wanted to limit my down time. Took them until late Friday before they even took the broken rear out and waited too long to order the rear and now they couldn't get it until Monday the 24th. On Monday the 24th, the rear did not get to the shop until after 3pm. On Tuesday the 25th, they realized that they ordered the wrong one, and of course the correct rear doesn't arrive until after mid-afternoon. I was assured that my truck would be finished on Wednesday the 26th so I checked out of the hotel, and a 6pm when they were closing they informed me that now my truck won't be done until Thursday the 27th. So now it is one full week to put in a front rear.... and to top it off it took 2 hours to write up my bill, and now its after 12pm. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING YOUR TRUCK TO RUSH PETERBILT IN LAKE CITY, FLORIDA!!!! UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER! IF MY TRUCK BROKEDOWN IN FRONT OF THIS PLACE I WOULD HAVE IT TOWED SOMEWHERE ELSE! UPDATE: 05/03/23 After driving approximately 2600 miles, a wheel seal on the same axle that was replaced started leaking. When the rear was replaced I opted to have new bearing kits installed on the rear instead of just cleaning them. Unfortunately to get the repair covered under warranty I had to return here. It turns out that the safety ring that holds on the hub nut came off because it was installed incorrectly. This caused the hub nut to back off and the wheel to become loose and the wheel seal to fail. Thankfully the wheel didn't come off and hurt someone. I also contacted the general manager, as he replied to my negative review and stated they wanted to make things right. All I got was excuses and an apology... I believe that their response was an attempt to publicly save face, but nothing more. Because nothing was done to make things right

I also own a 2021 Malibu M240, being that I bought my Paragon from Lake Area Water sports I decided to try their service department out. Dropped my M240 off a month and a week before 4th of July, they said it would be no issue to get it done. I had them do warranty work and a full service. They charged me for some of the warranty work and charged me for the full service. I took a look at the oil when I got home and it smelled and looked like it hadn't been changed. I called them talked to service manager, said the work was done kick rocks, I told him I just bought a brand new 400k boat from you and he replied "so what" I took my boat immediately over to Tommys in Orlando. This is a side-by-side comparison of an oil change. You be the judge on if they actually changed my oil or not. BTW I paid over 600 bucks for the service. I personally would not have my boat serviced here.

I had booked a 3000 mile trip to complete the transaction and had to cancel everything. It was clear that when they got the seats back from the upholsterer they decided they wanted more money so they BROKE MY CONTRACT and relisted the boat. This is one shady organization!!!
