unfortunately I am very disappointed with the results, I had Tina do my nails and she was very forgetful on what colors I wanted, the length I wanted and she asked me if I remembered wether she dipped one of my nails or not, it took me weeks to grow my nails out and when she removed my acrylics she over cut some so she had to cut them all down to make them the same size so now they are super short. her French tips are very messy and uneven, I still have gel polish on my fingers tips, I'll attach some pictures of what I asked for and what I actually got and paid $70, in my opinion very over priced for the quality of work. This is my second time here, the first time I had a pedicure done with meme and she was great but I ended up getting an ingrown toe nail, not blaming her but it did happen and the corner of my toe got red and swollen after 1 week. In my opinion I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants something aesthetically pleasing or simple and nice, this is not the place for you, I wouldnt spend that much for the results I get, just my opinion, keep looking giirlies, im back to looking also read more

I had went in to get nails removed. The women who was doing my nails continuously insisted I get a rebase or color after, to which I questioned if it was healthy for my nails due to the fact the nail bedding was clearly damaged due to my removal. The women continued to aggressively remove my nails, insist I get a manicure after, to which I questioned multiple times. Upon paying for the service, she stated in would be $30 to which I have never paid that much for nail removal. Overall, these people who work here don't have your best interest at heart, and genuinely just want your money. After reading reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. I must have went at a good time of the day (Tuesday afternoon) so no wait. My first technician did my pedi, and yes she up sold me for a better pedi. But it didn't bother me! It was enjoyable and my feet look and feel amazing. I am disgusted. I usually go to another nail place been going for three years, but a random afternoon stopped by this nail salon since I was near by. It was pretty dirty and you could tell they do not wash the tools they use from person to person. There was also someone's nail clippings on the desk (assuming from the client before me) I got a shellac manicure and I ended up getting a nail fungus not even a week later. The pedicures were completed in a rushed manner and the finished product looked no better than what we could've done ourselves at home. Well I hadn't had my nails done in over ten years. I said I wanted gel coat, not remembering the process she begins to put on fake nails. I just went with it considering it was my fault. Then I went back two weeks later and it's about Halloween so I said I want blue GEL COAT only take these fake nails off, so they take them off. I said I wanted this blue with black spider webs, maybe a cross or two and a bat. Again not knowing the process she just puts the top coat on it, gives me a massage and says "okay done." Where's my spider webs? Where is my bats?! Where is my crosses?!?! Second time in two weeks none of these ladies know how to listen. So now I'm walking around with these cobalt blue nails for Halloween. Stupid looking. Absolutely stupid looking. Why didn't I say anything?! Oh I did. Worst pedicure I've ever had. I was able to get right in, but as soon as I sat down I felt like I was rushed out. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes. The guy hurried throughout the whole pedicure. He didn't fully paint my toes, he left lotion on my legs balled up and dried, and then ran off to the next customer. I came in today hoping to have a pleasant experience, manicure with shellac and the lady I got had a white and black striped shirt on with black glasses. My mani consisted of soaking for literally 30 seconds, a cuticle trim, and a 10 second nail buff. Mean while she asked me several times if I wanted tips or a wax or a darker nail polish color then the one I picked out. She charged me $30 dollars for 20 minutes of horrible service! The first time I got a French mani/pedi for my wedding and my nails looked gorgeous and lasted about 3 weeks with no chips or anything. The second time I got a mani/pedi with a beautiful dark purple. Beware this place will charge whatever they want. I went in for a pedicure and asked for a design on my toe. Nothing was ever said about extra charge for the design. When my card was charged I was charged $20 and gave a $3 tip. My bank statement was then charged $28. I tried to go in and talk to them about it and they couldn't do anything without a receipt. What a bunch of crooks! There was $5 charge for the design and they forgot to charge me. Again nothing was said about the upcharge. No manager or owner to talk to. This has been by far the worst nail salon i have EVER been to! And i been to at least more then 50 in colorado. I been there at least 5 times and its always the same thing. Lets start out by when you first walk in they look at you up and down frustrated that you walked in even though its empty (you would think more people they would be happier)They get mad when you take your time looking at the sample nails which they never change or even bother trying so not many choices. Then all of a sudden they start gabbin in there language about you and laughing they dont even try to hide it and give you cold stares. The nails are so thin it feels likr they berly put any acrylic just to be cheap. Not only that but they didnt cover the whole nail on most. I like my nails really squared a little bit long and daring with designs (cheetah, zebra, flowers, stars,hearts, and 3d bows, flowers, diamonds, etc) well at my suprise they said they dont have any 3d so i was like ok can i have zebra diamonds. They did the zebra stripes so awful it was scwiggly line under another then I said I wanted diamonds and she went on and on about how it would look ugly as if she was gonna be wearing them??? Then I told her i dont care can you just put diamonds and she just told me "no day done gowd lik dat" how rude! And the other two times it was the same thing and one of my friends was treated the same way. Then just a week ago I went with my mom (I warned her they sucked but she was in a hurry and its the closest to us) she got full set and a pedicure as soon as we walked in nothing but dirty looks and ugly nails. I am very VERY disappointed with this nail salon... this was the 3rd time I have gone... and the only reason why I even went back after the first time was because it is very close to my home... the first time she did my nails, they were alright. She makes you reach your arm all the way across her table so she can sit back... basically your hand is in her lap, on her side of the table. It's VERY inconvenient....... the second time, the same thing... and she doesn't make sure all the nails match! I wanted her to file my nails skinnier and she ignored that COMPLETELY... but this 3rd time, is the real winner... I wanted my daughters nails done... she is almost 5 years old and the women told me that it was okay for her to get shellac... so she was excited (because she gets to be like mommy, of course). So she told me it would cost me $17 to do her nails: which first of all, RIP OFF! If you ask me. Then, I am not kidding when I say this... the lady who did my daughters nails RUSHED SO DAMN fast, that it literally took her 8 WHOLE MINUTES to do her nails, also the color my daughter picked out was a solid gold... what she put on her nails was a clear with a couple gold glitters...... I felt so unimportant, especially because there was no one waiting after us... they continue to speak their own language and stare you down.. talk about uncomfortable!
