The manager, Joe, is extremely unprofessional! Rather than ask a simple question (name change due to marriage) he came at me accusing me of fraud as I was trying to pick up my car. Insisted he would not release it to me despite documentation proving it was as mine. And, of course, he already took the cash for the towing charge. Then walked off into the office, closing the door behind him. Had to get the police involved just to get my car back. Not to mention it took a week to get an appointment, being charged for storage per day. I was even charge for my personal possessions, which remained in my car the entire time! This place was utilized as my husband desired to voluntarily give up his vehicle to the bank and had been asking since November of 2021 for the bank to do so. The bank was supposed to tell him when that would be when they decided to put the order in. They utilized this company, who the man that decided to take the vehicle latched the SUV on while my husband was up in the air. The weather here is a heatwave. You can easily KNOW when a car is running with AC. The guy they utilized thought he evidently was on the repo show, thinking he was all high and mighty. My husband did get upset with him that my husband was attempting to GET OUT of the vehicle as this man was pulling it up to tow away. My husband has been BEGGING the bank to take it. This company did not even allow him to get my medication that I need daily (which is illegal, and this company will be dealt with accordingly in regards to that aspect) but they also didn't allow him to pull his blood pressure medication or ANY belongings. I have things in there that I'm scared this man will steal due to his attitude. The bank was notified and we have that recording and they have opened a complaint against this company as well as they apologized (which I also have recorded and that was consented to) about how badly this company and this man treated my husband. He additionally lied and said that my husband could pick up his belongings in one hour. Well he took the vehicle at 10 am and they don't ever answer their phone. Even the bank documented that they tried until this place supposedly closed - yet this place never answers their phones even for the banks. This is a predatory company. If your vehicle is ever repossessed by them, call the lienholder/bank and advocate for yourself. My vehicle was repossessed on a Wednesday. I redeemed the vehicle on Thursday morning with the bank. This agent runs on an appointment system that seems to be extremely limited as the earliest date to redeem is on Monday. When speaking to the agent, they state that you will be charged the full storage amount for the time the vehicle is in the lot EVEN THOUGH the date to redeem is out of your control. They also will not let you get personal property without an appointment which surprise, surprise is also numerous (3+) days out. When asked if I could at least get my wallet and meds, the only exception per agent, is for life threatening meds in which they hand it to you. Even then, agent made poor excuse that you can go to the pharmacy to get a 24-48hr supply, when redemption is usually more than 48hrs out. Taking advantage of people on their dime knowing that your practices and policies are wrong and predatory will get you in trouble one day. If you ever end up in this situation, please contact your bank and explain your situation to them as they should advocate for you. If push comes to shove and you get no help, consumer complaint to the attorney generals office. read more

Crooks!!! Had to help out my cousin who got jammed up and had his car repo'd here. They do this thing where they arbitrarily hold your car for five days to charge you extra storage. Then they cancel that appointment and have you make another one. This is flat out illegal. I called the West Bridgewater Police Department and informed them that they would not let me collect my property and would talk to my over the phone or email or anything. They were simply ignoring us. The police said this guy Chris is always playing this game and sent a cruiser over and paid him a visit. They told me what he was doing was actually illegal. Low and behold an hour later my car was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick the car up, the Owner tried to intimate he would be violent with me for calling the cops if he ever saw me again. I laughed in his face and told him not to be so emotional. Don't treat people like garbage if you don't want to be treated like a criminal. You are one. He wanted to hit me. So pathetic. Haha Just call the cops if they wont give you your car. Also call your bank over and over and complain about these people until they lose their approved vendor status. Blow them up. Call the BBB and AG's office in Massachusetts. They love to get people like this too. Call your local State Representative. Just bombard them. It will work. Don't let bad people win.
