Went here for the first time on 6/23/26 for an auto detail. Stopped by the day prior to see how long it would be to get an appointment, they said just bring it by in the morning and we'll get it done. Next day, brought it over around 9. They said it'll take a few hours, we'll give you a call when it's ready. Called me about 3 that afternoon. They did a full detail, interior and exterior. I asked them to specifically see what they could do about the wheels. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Top to bottom, inside and out, this thing came away looking absolutely brand new. Flawless. Just absolutely perfect. I had a nice time interacting with them, all very helpful and friendly, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for an auto detail. Thank you so much. I stopped by today because a piece of plastic along the base of my driver side door and "popped" out. The gentleman that helped me couldn't have been more kind. he walked out to my car, was able to pop the piece back in and wouldn't accept any payment. If i ever need body work again i will be sure to use them. I will also be scheduling a detailing of my car as they offer that service as well. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!! read more

Second time within a year bringing my car here. Both hit and runs . S&F took care of my car, and it is was returned beautiful as if the damage never occurred. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. At every stage I was informed with an email. That was very helpful to gauge when my car would be finished My vehicle was done a couple days before it was due to be finished. Great!!! Because I went through insurance I couldn't initially tell you the price but what I can say is they did a fantastic job. The only gripe I have is the 3% fee for using my card. That is ridiculous ON TOP of my deductible. Idk where you guys came up with that . Personally I don't think that's fair. To take what was 15 dollars on top of my 500 to get my car back. I had the money in my account but that's beside the point that needs to be noted prior to paying. When filling out the accident form and before leaving the office. So that there's no surprise when it comes to pay. Even during the phone call to come get my car that should have been mentioned. I did not have an extra 15 just to toss at you guys. For the convenience of using my card. When I brought my car there a year ago. That wasn't even a thing. I paid my 500. Got my car and that was it. Work lovely. Hard to find genuinely altruistic people in the world and there were many of them here. I had a great experience here. I had scraped two panels of the side of my car against a fence and it looked terrible. The process was so easy to get it fixed and my car looks brand new. They told me 5-8 business days and it was ready in 4. They even detailed it inside and out and fixed my dinged up bumper without me asking. My vehicle, a BMW X5 got tapped in the back and swipped on the side, it was looking sad! I live close to S&F so I asked people and got excellent references. Diving in with them, the experience from start to finish was top notch. Efficient, timely and high quality. S&F worked with my insurance to avoid a lot of my need to get involved, they kept me informed via email and texts and have a portal where you can check status. The results exceeded expectations and they finished ahead of schedule. I added in a detailing service which was reasonably priced and very thorough. Wanna give zero if I could. Worst service ever received. The day I dropped my vehicle I was told ETA for repair was bout 2 weeks, insurance was done and the bill would be around 200 bucks. It'd been 4 weeks while I tried to contact for several times but no answers were given. The day I went to pick up the vehicle the bill was raised up to 1.2k. Told the insurance was not covered and didn't let me know beforehand because "hassle free for customers". Watch out if you are paying by cards since they even charge 40 bucks for "non-cash adjustments". read more

I recently had a mishap with a parking elevator door which my car suffered damage from and needed repair. The customer service is excellent. They took all the COVID precautions in all of our interactions. They sent progress reports to my email on a regular basis and I was kept informed on any changes immediately. They also finished the job quickly. The owner and everyone else were friendly and courteous and the finished result of my car was amazing. They even cleaned the car interior at no extra charge. 1. I have had a couple great experiences with S&F. The first being with my Summer car which during a detail they pointed out had some indications of being repaired quite poorly. I was able to go back to the dealer and get a good chunk of change back to do a full paint correction and get the car wrapped. They also did a phenomenal job on the detail. Pre Car show I am definitely bringing it back to them. 2. They worked on my Winter car which had two flats from hitting a pothole. They noticed that the front two tires actually should've been been on the rear of the car and they repaired the car promptly. Great People! Amazing work! Very pleased with the work and detail that was done to my car. Unfortunately I was hit while parked a few weeks back. Carol is extremely responsive and got me in to get an estimate right away. You get your $45 back for the written estimate if you end up getting your car fixed there too. Carol emailed me throughout the days my car was getting fixed, and I was even able to come pick it up after hours. I'm sure they do fine work, but I recently called and got a very condescending answer from the man who answered the phone. He literally LAUGHED at me when I mistakenly called about an inspection. My mistake - but don't make me feel bad about it... Let's not be patronizing when I'm asking for help and trying to give you business. The scenario: A moving truck scraped the side of my car and knocked my side-view mirror off my 2008 Toyota Matrix. Thankfully they stopped, notified the cops who tracked me down, and we exchanged information. The estimated and actual service to be done: On the first appraisal from my insurance company, I needed a new mirror, and some scratches buffed out on both driver's side doors. When S&F had their appraisers take a look, they found some damage done to the car on the front panel from where the mirror had scraped off paint on its downward spiral that the insurance company had missed. Why S&F was great (several reasons): *As a result of some of the damage, they pointed out to the insurance that they'd need to paint other un-damaged areas so the car would match both old and new parts. Thanks to that, my neighbor just stopped me on the street today to ask, "Did you get a new car?" Yes. The work was that good. *Labor vs. new part. When the insurance company suggested buffing out the dents, Chris did the calculations to realize it would be more economical to buy new parts than to have his guys spend 8+ hours on buff duty. When I asked if they bought them from a junk yard, he assured me they use only Toyota Factory parts. *Chris has exceptional customer service. When I stopped in to grab my belongings, he and his staff helped move all of it into the rental car, then he showed me what damage was done, how they would fix it, and gave me a general prognosis on the state of my 99,000 mile car. *Constant contact. Carol was on top of her game at all points of the process. She emailed me with updates, took care of paperwork for the insurance company for me, even helped me move my junk from the rental car back into my own car. The final product: My car was buffed, waxed, repainted (in parts), and on top of all that as part of their service, they detailed the car. So not only does it LOOK like a new car on the outside, it LOOKS AND SMELLS like a new car on the inside. Overall: The customer service really makes you feel like you're a part of the process. They not only repair your car, they improve on what you originally handed over to them. read more

I recently hit a deer with my 2000 Honda Accord. The car itself only has 40,000 miles on it and it is in really good condition, So I was worried that the insurance company would total the car. The whole front end was a mess. I never stepped foot into S & F auto body shop. It was my experience that my car accident never "inconvenienced" me. They called for the tow truck that towed my car to South Boston, helped me arrange for a car rental. Then dealt with the insurance company the appraisers. Carol arranged for Enterprise Car rental to pick up my car rental. Then they delivered my car. My car is absolutely beautiful. It is an amazing paint job including the details (white pin stripes). The entire front end was rebuilt. Not only the body but the mechanics of the car were also replaced at the same shop. The car was immaculate when they were done. The radiator was replaced, front end alignment and the car runs awesome. You would never be able to tell that I hit a deer. I would refer this auto body shop to all of my friends and family. I stopped by S & F Autobody to get a quotation on the replacement of my bumper.The auto body shop itself has a small parking space that you can pull into and the office is on the first floor. The office has a comfortable leather couch and there's water etc in a small refrigerator. Chris seemed like a perfectly reasonable person and his quotation was in line with what the cost of replacing the part. The bumper itself was fairly expensive and of the total bill their labor charges were reasonable. I chose not to go through insurance because I didn't want to raise my car insurance rates. Chris was nice enough to bill me for the lower rate that my insurance company would negotiate for. They replaced the bumper in a day and I was able to pick up the car the next morning. The work was done beautifully and they shampooed my car's carpets and waxed the exterior. The car looked as good as new. Carol was very nice while wrapping up the last bit of paperwork and she gave me a little bottle of the paint they had mixed to fix a few random scratches on the car. Great service throughout the whole process. Of course, fixing the car wasn't cheap but the process was painless enough considering the cost of the bumper and everything else. I hope I don't have to go back again but if I do need auto body work this place would be on the top of my list. read more

I had the misfortune of connecting with a low flying turkey on i95. He just wasn't gaining any altitude as he crossed the highway in front of me, and boom... feathers in the rear view mirror. He knocked out my front headlight and did some metal damage to the surrounding body. S&F did a great job fixing the mess. It's an old Mercedes Benz with 250K miles on it, and this was my first "collision", so getting it fixed for the next 250K miles was definitely high on my list. Great job, happy customer! read more

I was unaware that my insurance company was supposed to give me a play by play (which they did not). The owner, Chris, wrote me a very polite in-depth email answering all my inquiries. I super appreciated that, especially given how time consuming it was for him.
