I was extremely uncomfortable when the owner chose to involve me, as a client, in deeply personal issues and conflict involving her spouse and business partner. I was told personal details about their relationship, the business separation, and her intentions regarding the other owner. None of this was appropriate or relevant to me as a client, and I should never have been placed in the middle of an internal dispute. What concerned me most was the apparent inability to separate personal emotions from professional responsibilities. Whatever issues may exist between two spouses are personal matters. Once those issues begin influencing business decisions, staffing, client relationships, scheduling, and the overall client experience, it becomes a business concern. As a longtime client, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the changes that followed. A massage therapist I had regularly seen was suddenly removed from the schedule and replaced, without what I felt was appropriate communication to the clients who had established ongoing relationships with her. Clients should not have to discover major changes to their provider through the schedule or simply show up and realize that things have changed. I also found it troubling that personal conflict appeared to extend into the business's public-facing social media. As a client, I should not be exposed to indirect public commentary or personal disputes between business owners. It creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment and makes clients question whether business decisions are being made objectively. This experience has been especially disappointing because I genuinely valued this business and had been a loyal client for years. I believe business owners have a responsibility to protect the client experience even when personal circumstances are difficult. Personal disagreements should not become the client's burden, and business decisions should be based on professionalism, communication, and what is best for the business and its clients--not personal emotions or retaliation. I am sharing this because prospective clients deserve to know that the quality of a business is influenced by more than the service being provided. Leadership, professionalism, communication, and the ability to handle internal conflict appropriately matter too. I sincerely hope the owner chooses to separate personal matters from business operations moving forward, because the clients should not be the ones caught in the middle. After two years of loyalty and referrals, it is genuinely disappointing to see a business I once spoke so highly of reach this point.

I booked through Groupon for fillers due to numerous time slots being available on their site. I…read moreneeded the service for an event coming up quickly so I thought that was perfect. However, my appointment was cancelled shortly after booking. I called to inquire about the reasoning so that I could prevent it next time. All the person said was "the time was unavailable" abruptly and wouldn't give me further information, even after I tried to clarify. So I got off the phone and proceeded to book another appointment for a different day and time. Once again, there were many timeslots listed on that date that I had selected but that appointment got cancelled, as well. I texted the number I called previously, apologized and said I wasn't trying to be a pest but rather just inquiring about why my appointments kept getting cancelled. I was met with a mean message telling me I wasn't going to be serviced due to my energy and told me to get a refund. However, the owner had made the Groupon non-refundable. My tone in the text was neutral and inquisitive, as I was genuinely interested in getting serviced or I wouldn't have paid hundreds beforehand. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the customer service just wasn't there. Editing my review to show proof it's non refundable. I paid almost $500. Screenshots show Groupon's support team trying to resolve the issue by giving me a percentage off my next purchase, which I'm not cool with. I paid close to $500 for a service I didn't receive, so I felt a refund was more appropriate. They escalated it further up the chain, so hopefully they can override the fact that the owner has it set up for no refunds (as evidenced by my screenshots). Otherwise I'll be taking this business owner to small claims court (if bank won't dispute). I also have another screenshot depicting our one and only phone call, which half of which was the phone ringing and her hastily saying all of 5 words to me once picked up. Of course I "questioned everything that was said" because all that was said was "the time is unavailable". I said even if it's listed? She repeated her same short sentence. End of call. Thank goodness all of their calls are recorded though, so she can replay it for the judge in court. I see why all the availability was there. Her responses alone speak for her professionalism.

I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

Ashley explained the services I requested and asked me about my target areas, then I filled out the paperwork and she got to work. The environment is peaceful with calming music and soft purple decor. I felt relaxed. The laser lipo was so chill I fell asleep for a quick nap. The ultrasonic cavitation is almost completely pain free as she moves the wand around. The sound waves sorta sounds like a metal slinky in your ear. It did not hurt at all, just a low hum of noise. Afterward it was easy to schedule the next appointment and I look forward to returning for more sessions! The best part is I walked out an inch slimmer than I walked in!
