I visited Sharon the esthetician when I first got back from LA after traveling for work for 7 months and I found her via yelp with her wonderful reviews. I'm so glad I did. I have been battling some acne scars and some hormonal acne for sometime and Sharon did an amazing job on me, and I've seen so much progress in the last month. I have visited nice salons in Los Angeles, atlanta, San Francisco, and many other nice areas but no one has made my skin look and feel like Sharon has. Like I said this was my 2nd time seeing her, a month after my first visit, and I truly could see so much progress. She taught me to not touch my face which I knew but always forgot, she taught me to roll my face with a ice bottle to help with inflammation, and also foods to eat and those to avoid. What makes Sharon so special is that she remembered me, and what I had to talk to about from our last visit. She asked how my new job was, how the weddings I attended were, and she's just overall such a kind person, with amazing skills. I honestly could not recommend this place enough. The establishment is very clean and always smells amazing. Today it was lemongrass. I honestly get so exciting every time I get to come here. See ya in a month Sharon! Clean floors and clean testing stations, and generally very well stocked, but there is a real lack of diversity in the staff compared to other Sephora locations (at least working weekdays). This Sephora does indeed follow the standard operating procedure of customer servicing you to the point of annoyance - it's their main strategy of loss prevention. Unfortunately it does make it insufferable to just browse. Ulta really has them beat in that regard. After five minutes in Sephora I just want to leave. However the brands they carry remain fantastic, and it's easy to get in and out quickly since it's close to the main entrance, and when I do have questions the staff is very knowledgeable about their brands and also skincare advice.
