They have several different facilities and rooms available and also men's and women's saunas. The pool is currently closed, but all of the fitness areas are open for use. If you're ok with an old school rusty style gym, they've got what you're looking for. They have tons of dumbbells ranging from 2-3 lbs up to at least 80lbs. They have several squat racks, plate loaded machines, and separate rooms for cardio equipment. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They have sports drinks, energy drinks, and bottled water behind the counter for purchase.
