Before I visited I was informed the South Hills location was unexpectedly closed for maintenance. Laura went above and beyond to reschedule at a later date in South Hills location or transfer my appointment to the Strip District location. It was more convent to visit the downtown location. I was warmly greeted as I walked in. I was about a half hour early for my appointment but was able to start immediately. I was treated to a complimentary seltzer, I enjoyed the Blackberry Lemon which was very good and refreshing, so much so I had to get another one after my session. Abby was a great host during my visit. Very friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't know what to expect but she explained the process thoroughly. During the session I switched colors every few minutes to get all the benefits from the entire color spectrum. Afterwards I felt relaxed and releasing the tension and toxin's! That night I got a very hot shower and got a great nights sleep. I enjoyed it so much that I'm looking forward to purchasing a package deal soon! If you've never experienced an infrared sauna session before it's a definite must try, you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended, feels great and does the mind, body, and soul good!

My friend said that she started out wearing her bathing suit, but sweat a lot more after removing it and then felt like she got more out of the experience. We visited to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and can say that our stay was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The Mansion was nicely decorated for Christmas, which added to that charming feel. Also, the staff was friendly and so attentive. We stayed during an outside work event, so it felt like we had place to ourselves. We lucked out with private dining for dinner in the pub and used the heated indoor and outdoor pools by ourselves. The food served for dinner (steak with potato gratin & asparagus; and coquille saint Jacques) and breakfast (egg soufflé and waffles) was top-notch. We also loved the Victorian Era feel in our bedroom and bathroom. Overall, if you're looking for a romantic weekend or an experience at an upscale Inn, then the Sebring Mansion is a great choice!
