I came to this establishment since it's an Eco-Friendly business, and it's nearby my home. I brought them two slacks, and two shirts so that they could dry clean for me. I was thinking that the lady at the counter was going to tell me that the clothing would be done in a couple of days, (something that I'm used hearing from other businesses like this one), but I was taken by surprise when she mentioned that my clothing would be done by 5pm. Let me add, I had taken my stuff there around 10 am or so...this is why I was taken by surprise. Note: The lady at the counter assisted me on how much starch I should use in these hotter days. Who does that these days!? By taking that extra step to make sure that I would be satisfied with their services I've become a new faithful customer. That there is cool! Don't take your dry cleaning here! I tried this place for 3 months! During that time they burned a shirt sleeve so that the threading at the end of the sleeve came apart and I got a burn stain, several buttons fell off my shirts, and had holes torn in my dress shirts. But if you want a hole in your shirt like this one, then you should come here! Don't expect them to take responsibility either, they'll just "let the owner know it happened." If it had negative stars I would take it...I took some suits to be dry cleaned, and picked them up, when the moment came to use a specific one I needed for a special event, I noticed these people totally ruined them, the suits were washed with water and the seams in one of them got split really bad. I complained and then after 3 weeks of knowing nothing came back to ask them about it. they repaired the suit and the seams are all wrinkled, plus the suit does not fit anymore and refused to take it.. Rafiq the owner assured he was going to look at it and today I received the same messed up suit and when I called Rafiq he said... "its the best I can do, see you in court"... be careful these people don't care and ruined a long time planned event where i needed that suit. I want to take this to small claims... read more

The employees are very nice but the quality of work can be improved. I took some suits and when I got them back the pants were double creased. My shirts could have used more starch and I asked for medium. I don't think I will return but if they fix the little things then I'm sure they will be 5stars! read more

Locked my keys in the car so while waiting for roadside assistance, I got to see this place operate! Alterations woman is the sweetest woman I've ever met. They have a drive up so you dont even have to get out of your car. They did a great job. Even found a USB which they attached in an envelope to my clothes at pick up. read more

Destroyed a coat I brought in. When the owner weeks later finally called, it was from a blocked ph # and immediately and loudly said "we don't clean coats" and "I'm not responsible for any damages" before I could say anything. He admitted during the call that the specialty cleaner he sent it out to, did damage it and that he did not know how to clean it (& could not repair it). No effort made to replace the coat, and though I made very clear it was a present and had sentimental value, he absolutely refused to return it. Finally after several more weeks, he had a check sent to the cleaners, which did not come close to replacement value. Complete fraud that owns multiple other cleaners and hides behind his employees to cover deceitful business practices. read more

I was recommended to this cleaners since the one by me was closing down and they had great reviews and their pricing was really cheap! I took my clothes in on a Monday got them back on a Wednesday which was great since they were slammed I completely understood if I had to wait. I picked them up right before closing, took them home to find out they stained my jeans that I had only had for a few weeks. I rushed back over and the owner was there I was extremely nice and pointed out what happened and they told me I would get them back first thing the next day. I picked them up thinking everything would be fine and they were now faded and still had these stains that they did to my jeans. I left a message for the manager to call me back since I was in a rush to leave. Jimmy ( owner ) called me, I explained what had happened and he was nice at first then tried to blame the stains on me. If I had stained my own clothes I would have pointed them out to the associate working that day to let them know they needed special attention. He told me he would take care of it and I believed him. A few days pas no calls or anything letting know what's going on. I called over there and the sales associate recognized my number on the caller ID and said "ma'am he is taking care of it and should be ready Friday no later the Saturday and if you are not satisfied we will refund you the cost of your pants" I never asked him to refund me but it made me feel better since these Kieran's were brand new at $200. Saturday rolls around and I call left the manager a message at 10am he didn't call me back till they were almost closed and said he didn't receive any messages from anyone and asked if he could text me pictures of the pants to show they were not stained or faded which I felt was odd but was okay with it. 30 minutes goes by and I call him and he said "I sent you like 15 photos something must be wrong with your phone" kindly asked him to send them again and by this time the shop was already closed and I had to wait till Monday to pick up my pants. They shrunk my pants by 2 sizes, spots are still there and they are faded. I called the owner again on Monday told him I needed a refund like his sales associate told me and he got so upset with me told me he was done with these pants and didn't want to deal with me anymore said I should go back to nordstroms rack or saks where I got them from which I got them from a boutique store and they don't make these jeans anymore they made a small amount from this brand, they were special addition. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a manager and it's upsetting because I was trying to find a new cleaners and now I won't even recommend this place. read more

No better than any other slam, bam, thank you mam mediocre cleaners. They claim to be "stain specialists". Not true. They run stains through the mill just like anything else, with no special care or expertise applied at all. I have had them re-do several items that I had to remove stains from because they WILL NOT DO IT. If something is actually dirty, do not take it to these lazy people. Places just like these people are everywhere though. Quality cleaners are nearly impossible to find, and Snazzy Cleaners falls right in line with the crappiest of them. read more
