Both employees that I interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. I brought something in the night before I needed it, and they were able to rush it and have it ready by the next afternoon. The biggest asset for this place is its convenience. It's located right in the heart of uptown on McKinney, so if you live in the area, it's most likely within walking distance. I've been coming here for about a year and a half and the service is acceptable. The lady that operates the cash register is very nice and firendly, and the clothes are always ready next day. My only criticisms of the place would be two things: First is the pricing. This place definitely cost more than average for dry cleaning, but it is in uptown, so I assume this is attributed to higher operating expenses e.g. higher rent. The other would be if you have a stain, this place doesn't always get them out, even when you point them out to receive special treatment. Overall, I continue to come here just because it's so convenient from where I live. If your clothes are just dirty from normal wear, this place will work fine. However, If you do have a stain you are concerned about getting out, I would take it to another establishment. read more

Generally OK. I've been going here for 1.5 yrs while in Dallas. There are definitely major pros and cons. Pluses: + Convenient location, parking right in front, walking distance to about five restaurants that I like, plus coffee shops so can kill several birds with one stone. + Always overnight service. + Very friendly and courteous. + Good hours of operation. + Never lost anything (that I've noticed) Minuses: -- Always breaking buttons in press -- Never remove collar stays when pressing -- Don't get stains out particularly well even when directed -- Strange press marks at bottom of shirts -- I have to request "no marks" but even then things still come back with marks -- Same with "no crease" on certain pairs of pants -- often request is not honored. -- Quite expensive, but really that comes with the convenience including Uptown location and overnight service. read more

If you want to support small businesses- this is the place to choose. Located in the middle of one of the busiest streets in Dallas, I was skeptical about being overcharged/sub-par cleaning. After coming here for years, there's no other place I'd trust my clothes with. The lady behind the counter is a sweet, honest small business owner that will always greet you with a smile and remember your name (mine's a difficult one so I was really impressed by this). It's always nice to know that I'm receiving the best prices and the best service. My clothes always come back looking completely new and packaged beautifully. I'm not one to get dry cleaning done often, but if there's any piece of expensive clothing that I'm not quite sure how to wash or want to make sure I don't ruin by throwing it in the wash, I'll bring it over here. I am very upset with this establishment. They pupport they are open at 7am. When I arrived at 7.30am, they were still closed. There were several people with clothes in hand who had to turn back. I think that is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Ruined the rest of my day with that inconvenience. Stay away! read more

I was visiting and needed my clothes done. At first she was very polite and nice but after my clothes were done and I picked them up she had called and told me she forgot to give me an item. I have used this dry cleaner for several months and for the most part had a good experience. Over the course of the past month though, FIVE of my dress shirts have been ruined.....all in the SAME place. There is about a 2 inch slit on the left elbow of all the shirts. Some of these shirts are brand new and couldn't possibly have been ruined by wear and tear. When I brought these dress shirts back in to show the owner, she immediately started to blame me for "rubbing my elbow too much on a surface" which explained the slits in the shirts. She completely denied any responsibility and went on to show me other men's shirts in her store with the SAME problem. Doesn't add up right? I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a dry cleaner. Even though the place is fairly cheap, the customer service is way below average. As she was showing me other shirts with the same EXACT problem, I couldn't help but post a review as I know there are/will be several people with the same poor experience I had. read more

I took an expensive dress to this dry cleaner and they pressed it incorrectly then told me that they could not fix it. NO APOLOGY, no attempt to help the situation, NOTHING.... I will NEVER go to a dry cleaner that cannot take responsibility for their mistakes or have the courtesy to treat customers with respect. read more

The experience has been so frustrating, I felt compelled to write this. I work late and the only time I can pick up my clothes is in the morning. They say they open at 7am, but on several occasions they've opened at 730 or later without any explanation. If you're going to be late consistently, change your store hours, because this is absurd. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! --- Why? I will tell you .This place does not even deserve a 0.5 of a star. I took a very expensive shirt to this place to have it dry cleaned in January, the shirt which was barley a month old was returned and damaged on the sleeve based on the part of the shirt that it couldn't be repaired. The store keeper at this location informed me that in order for my shirt to be paid for the need to take to Arizona to test the quality of the fabric of the shirt. That was back in January, It is now May and after several phone calls and even talking to the owner (Charlie Patel) they still haven't called me back. I called the location I dropped of the shirt and the storekeeper told me that I need to follow up with their main location because once the shirt has been moved to their main office its not her responsibility. The service in this place is really horrible, it's not really about the shirt (more of the principle) that I am annoyed about but I just feel that these guys could have done a better thing with their service hence since I don't anyone to go through this bad experience I am taking my time to write this review. After all I expected the owner Charlie Patel to be more service driven but apparently his leadership transcends down to the rest of his workers hence their treatment, after all the owner sets the tone. read more
