They aren't using soap in the wash at all and my car came out still covered in salt. That was after being ignored for 25 minutes to then be told they weren't offering full service washes at all because they were too busy- busy with the line of exterior only washes. At least 10 cars passed in line beyond the car I was behind when I pulled in before the attendant even came to speak to me. On top of that a $25 full service vs $5 exterior to me would be a no brainer as far as which customer to service. The attendant made no mention of the broken soap dispenser when they took my money. I guess it was a blessing in disguise they weren't offering the more expensive washes since it's only a rinse anyways. You can't get a receipt either because their receipt printer is also broken. I believe this place came under new management as they changed their name, but I have been coming here for years! Car washes aren't expensive (cheapest is $8, I usually get the $12) and it is a must with the salt on the roads in Ohio. Conveniently placed in an area that a lot of people from Mason drive by every day and the people who work here are incredibly sweet! They will get you in and out in no time! read more

Not the first time using this car wash and this is second time i've had bad experience. I gave them a second chance. Equipment doesn't work half the time. Had two scratches on my car from their bristles and they don't even offer a refund just say "my bad" and that's it. Bunch of high school kids work there don't care about thoroughly washing the car. Car is still dirty after the wash along with the rims. The owner does not care at all and doesn't want to deal with any issues. Overall bad experience and i would stay away from this car wash, I'd rather wash my car myself or go to Mr. Clean car wash. read more

Got the level 4 wash. It was ok. They missed the front of the car. It is not touch free. It has the rollers.

The guys here are always friendly and usually do a pretty good job. It seems when I go to other places my car doesn't get as clean as it does here at snazzy. I've tried others in the immediate area and this one always seems to give me the best results. Pretty reasonable price too read more
