When my friend invited me to a new Hot Yoga place in the area I figured why not?! When you first pull up to the building, there is not a huge sign that lets you know that you have arrived, however, on their door they have their logo and name. You enter through the back and we were greeted by some really nice staff who helped us sign our waivers and get everything in order. Once you have checked in/paid, you then go to the next little room where you drop off your belongings, take off your shoes, and grab a mat. You then go into the third room where the Hot Yoga takes place. The room is around the 100 degree mark and is pretty small. You can tell that they have recently painted and are still getting some things in order (ceilings looked a little rough and not painted yet) but overall everything was set up nicely. The instructors clearly know what they are doing and walked around and gave helpful hints and tips as you were going along the different positions. She made it not only relaxing but also fun. I would highly recommend this facility and my friend and I plan to make it a weekly class!

Members who have been here for over two decades report this has been an ongoing issue, and management recently announced they have no plans to fix or replace the system.We are routinely forced to work out in 80-degree temperatures with completely inadequate ventilation--there is only one large fan and one small fan for a crowded room. What makes this unacceptable is that the gym continues to collect mandatory maintenance and equipment dues from members, yet refuses to invest in even basic industrial fans to ensure a safe environment. Working out under these conditions is a health hazard, and management's refusal to address it shows a complete lack of care for member safety and satisfaction.
