Terrible experience. Dirty facility. Don't recommend. As soon as we walked in, we noticed no one wearing a mask. When I asked about it the receptionist was extremely rude and defensive. Thanks explained that I have a compromised immune system and asked if the ultrasound tech would be wearing a mask. The receptionist said she would ask. I told her that if they weren't wearing a mask I wouldn't feel comfortable with the procedure and would need to leave. 30 minutes go by (20 past my scheduled appointment time) and finally she tells me the tech doesn't have a mask. I offer to get her a clean mask from my car but she says they can't accept outside face coverings. What a colossal waste of time. We were so excited about this and my husband and I both took off work early to be there. I can't believe that a facility dedicated to serving pregnant women would refuse to wear a mask. To top it off, the facility itself was filthy. There was trash all over the waiting room and the furniture was so nasty neither of us felt comfortable sitting down. read more

Called a week ago to make sure they were still open, seeing as how I had an appointment coming up. She assured me they were and would call their appointments if anything changes. Received a confirmation text and email the day before so I assumed they were open. Drove 30 minutes there and NOPE -- CLOSED! I 100% get being closed during this seeing as how they are not an essential business, but CALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is terrible business ethic. This would have been my second pregnancy visiting this facility, and I can assure you I will never be back. When you call their number, It just says they're busy with the voicemail full. ALSO - you are able to book appointments without a problem. Close your schedule, call your current appointments, learn how to run a business cause this isn't it. read more

This was the best place I have ever been to. It was definitely worth my money! I got the mid week package, and it was a good thing I did. I found out that I was having a little girl at 16 weeks. Right when we came in, the tech was so nice and welcoming. She had me fill out a quick form and then she prepared the room. I would say about a 2 minute wait! Then we went back and I was amazed. There was a huge tv screen and theater-like chairs. There were enough chairs for my whole family, which we were worried about. The tech was so nice and patient and explained everything that we saw, and took her time for our special moment. I even cried when I found out the gender, and she was very happy for us. The 3D image was very clear and she explained exactly what every limb was doing. We even got to see her sucking her thumb. She gave us a free bath bomb that has pink in the center. I would definitely recommend this place to any expectant mothers. It is truly worth the money to finally see your child. This is the best place by far to experience your special moment. read more

I went for a re-assurance scan. I told the tech I didn't want a long scan just wanted to check on baby really fast and the tech was really understanding and respected my wishes. Also got a few pictures being our scan was only a few minutes long. So I was happy for that.. I didn't think the 2D sonogram quality was a good as Ultrasona or as clean as Ultrasona. I previously visited Sneak A Peek in 2018 to determine my child's sex and to later have a 3D ultrasound completed and both the receptionist and ultrasound tech were WONDERFUL! My husband and I were very pleased with our experience in 2018 and had the same expectations going into our current pregnancy. This time around we had an early ultrasound so that my husband was able to see our little one since Dr's aren't letting anyone accompany the mother (Covid). We also had a 2nd ultrasound recently to confirm our child's sex. Both of our experiences this year were less than pleasant. Each time we were greeted with a receptionist that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and short towards my husband and I. When we arrived to our appointment (10-15mins early) she handed us some papers to fill out as we waited an additional 15-25 mins because they had to "sanitize the bed/chairs". I should add that the parking lot was empty, so it appears that no other family had been there while we were waiting unless they came through a back door...So beds and chairs should have been sanitized and ready by the time we arrived for our scheduled appointment. The wait wouldn't normally bother me so much, but the attitude and shortness of the receptionist left us with no desire to return for a 3D or 4D ultrasound. It was clear we were bothering her and her only focus was to collect our money (which I do understand since they are a business). A little kindness, professionalism and simply being prepared for appointments would really help this business (more specifically, the receptionist/bill collector). read more

I had the best service at sneak a peek today for my first ultrasound. I couldn't believe how luxurious it is inside the office. The staff make you feel like you are at a 5 star spa who knew you could get great treatment while having an ultrasound Keep up the good work sneak a peek.
