Billing issue and no one is answering the phone for 2 days, been on hold for hours to no avail. They sent me a bill in November 2024 for services in March 2024. Insurance denied the claim because they didn't submit it timely and now they want me to pay. Can't get anyone to answer the phone to look into this. Terrible customer experience! read more

I've been going to Solis for many years, but after my last visit this week, I will never go back. I had a mammogram and extra screenings and had the tech Chrissy take care of me. She was unbelievable rude,, curt, very rough during the screening. It was a horrible experience due to her. I would not recommend Solis. read more

After two decades of getting my mammograms at a local hospital's women's center, I was shocked to find they weren't in-network with my insurance this year. I immediately had a feeling of dread because I was always so comfortable there. I began to search for an alternative and landed on Solis. WOW! From my first interaction with them to confirm they were in-network through receiving my results, they were FANTASTIC. Upon arriving, I was welcomed in by the friendly front desk team and immediately felt at ease. The facility is lovely, the wait was no more than a few minutes, and everyone there was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Oh, and the warm robes were a bonus! The test itself was a breeze, and within 24 hours, I received the results via secure email. I'll be happy to return to Solis again and again! I highly recommend them! read more

I have been going to Solis for over 20 years in Dublin. Unfortunately, that location has closed, so I had to schedule at Bethel. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I have to reschedule my screening. I have been calling the Bethel location for 3 days and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. As a result, I am contacting my family doctor to find another facility for my mammogram. It is unfortunate, as I always received the best customer service and experience with Solis in the past. I have had all of my mammograms at Solis, I'm 62 years old. In the past it has been a positive experience. On May 3, at 5 pm it was different. The front desk person was ok. The tech started out ok but became extremely frustrated when she had trouble positioning me for the mammogram. The positioning was more uncomfortable than before and though I tried to do what she wanted, she was clearly agitated with me. I completed an evaluation following the visit and no one reached out to me in follow up. I tried to access my results online but there was a problem with the system and it said to try back later. I was never able to access the results (which are not available online anymore). I called the main scheduling office and a very pleasant person said she will send me the results. I'll look for somewhere else to go next time. read more

I've had 6 total mammograms at Solis. One in my mid-30's for a baseline as recommended by my doctor then starting at 40. While most people are very nice and they do an excellent job at getting you in and out with very little awkwardness given what you're there to do, I have a 50% callback rate with them. I do not have dense breasts and the excruciating stress you endure while waiting for whatever length of time wondering what could be going on inside of your body only for them to be like "oh we just needed to press down a little more to see things better" gets frustrating. I get stuck paying almost $400 because someone didn't press down hard enough because my covered screening mammogram now goes to diagnostic when I have to come back which is not covered. The techs know what the doctors are looking for. If there is even a HINT that there could be a question, the image should be taken again on the spot. When I got the callback this time, I almost didn't want to go because of the money involved and it was irritating to be told it was another imaging clarification. Don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful that all has turned out well so far but with a 50% rate of callbacks plus having to drive 30 minutes away because I thought I was going to a specialized place, I don't think I can put myself through that anymore. I'm going with someone closer to me for the next two years to see if I get better results the first time or if my boobs are just prankers. read more

Friendly and welcoming staff. The registration process wasn't stressful or long. (I didn't get my results at a usual time. A few months later I haven't received them and I reached out and requested my results be mailed to me. They promptly got my results to me and updated my account info.) After you register, You're taken back to the changing area. Where its stocked with little health snacks and little bottled waters. Its a calm quite, safe, open area thats clean and organized. They provide lockers, mammography cape/robe that are roomie and soft. The wait isn't to long. My exam was thorough and nurse was very patient with me. Yes, I'd recommend this center for mammograms. (I've been to both locations and they are both great centers. Although personally I prefer this one due the relaxing and welcoming changing/waiting area.) read more

Friendly but don't trust them regarding your account. This location of Solis is a little tricky to find on Bethel. Turn right just before the lanes merge and the suite is on backside of building. The office is very clean and quiet every time I have gone. And the staff, especially the woman who performs the mammogram is very friendly. However, I gave them a 3 star because of incorrect information I received from them. I specifically asked them if they accepted my insurance and they said "yes, we accept it", so I proceeded to have this done. As it turns out they are not in network for my carrier, and I got stiffed with a $500 bill! I suppose "we accept your insurance" is not the same as "we're in network for your insurance." Ultimately it is my responsibility to check with my insurance to ensure my procedure with be covered. A very expensive lesson to learn. But I still feel like I was mislead. :( read more

The facility is nice, clean, comfortable. The front desk staff and the technicians are all nice and seem to be good at their specialized jobs. I went in for a screening mammogram to qualify for an unrelated research study. I'm used to recalls from past screenings, and sure enough, I did get one from Solis. However, upon completion of two ultrasounds (the first one was done by a trainee for U/S, and was followed by a second one by a different tech), the radiologist came in and didn't say anything besides "get back on the table", where she performed yet another U/S. She didn't say a word to me personally after that other than some light sniping since I didn't understand what was being asked of me as to positioning. Afterwards, she indicated her recommendation, but didn't explain why. I finally asked a question and tied it to my past history and did get some terminology given rather abruptly, along with commentary that whatever she was referring to had nothing to do what I was talking about. I wasn't shown anything about the area of concern that she was focused on. No discussion at all. I left and got to Googling, which of course is always a trip down the rabbit hole, when 30 seconds of the radiologist simply defining the term, and 60 seconds explaining her concern might have been a far better solution. I'd asked for my records to be sent to my own PCP in the OhioHealth system, in addition to the study coordinator, which the tech immediately entered my PCP information into the system and said the records would be copied to him. I'm happy that the nurse from the study coordinator's office called and was handling the movement of records back to a specialist at OhioHealth and explained their position and protocol, which I was happy with since I'm in the OhioHealth system already. This was welcome since I was definitely not interested in having any further assessment done by this particular radiologist and had already decided to get out of Solis and back to OhioHealth. Why would I be willing to have further testing performed by a radiologist who isn't willing to talk to the patient or explain one darn thing as to what is going on during the recall process? It's like I didn't exist and wasn't worth being provided any information about my own body and care. Without any information, you leave patients to google things they heard in their talk with the techs in an effort to try to understand what is going on. So, 5 stars for the staff and techs. 1 star for the radiologist. Will not return, most likely. I liked the facility and process far better than my mammograms and recalls at OhioHealth, but the radiologist was a deal-killer for future screens or recalls. read more

I loved this place. In and out quickly. Waiting room was comfortable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The registration process was short and easy . After registration, I was taken back to the changing area. It was stocked with water and healthy snacks. The changing areas were clean and organized. I was provided a mammography cape that was ample in size. My wait in the second area was very short. My exam was done on time and I was on my way out by 8am. I would highly recommend this center for your mammogram. read more

Today I had my first mammogram and I have been reading about what to expect, well let me tell you what a great experience I had, all the personnel were very welcoming and friendly, they explained to me the entire process and I did not experienced any pain, it was a fast and easy process. So wait no more, you do not need your gynecologist order to go. I was there probably 20min top. The place was clean, organized, they even had warm robes waiting for you. Their machine has an easy fit curve for the exam and that made everything so much easier. Thanks to all the ladies there! read more

Staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the ability of the facility to do all of the necessary procedures within the office instead of having to go to hospital facilities that are hard to get to and having to go through the hassle of scheduling. The ability to schedule online is also a great plus for convenience sake. Highly recommended. read more
