Because my insurance does not cover these ultrasounds as they are super cool but not medically necessary, this price is a steal. They also offer add ons such as a stuffed toy with a recording of the baby's heartbeat inside. It was way too cute to pass up! Our technician was incredibly sweet and helpful too! The front desk was upset that I didn't arrive earlier because they needed me to complete a packet of paperwork. They handed me what appeared to be new patient paperwork. I've already been a patient for several years. They insisted that I needed to complete the new patient paperwork so I did. When it was finally time for me to see the doctor, he told me that he wouldn't be renewing my prescription because I wasn't suffering from cystic acne. Well, no duh. I've been taking this medication for the last couple of years and it has successfully been keeping my cystic acne at bay. I need to have the prescription renewed so that I wouldn't start suffering from cystic acne again. After much back-and-forth, the doctor insisted that I had rosacea and not cystic acne so I did not get my cystic acne prescription renewed. Wouldn't you know when my prescription ran out the cystic acne returned just as I told the doctor that it would. Needless to say, I found a new dermatologist and don't plan on going back to Central Ohio Skin Cancer.

I finally realize after entering the Orthopedic One building I'm clearly not in the right building and need to focus on the building number a little harder. I get there after walking around a bit in and out of ever doctors office. I apologize for not finding the building but do get there on time. I have about a 5 minute wait after submitting my paperwork. The nurse checks my vitals and tells me I'm fine. She walks me over to the doctors office. I wait about 5-10 minutes for Carrie Soder. First of all, I would like to say how nice she was upon meeting her for the first time. She really got to know me and my whole family background. I appreciated all the advice she gave me because it was very helpful. Obviously she has a lot of experience as a OBGYN. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for one at the moment. I was overall very pleased with my first visit here. I would highly recommend Professionals for Women's Health they are all OhioHealth doctors. Plus they have three locations Dublin, Westerville, and Columbus offices for you to choose from, so it's very convenient.

Now, I will say that I really wanted an unmedicated birth and was more opinionated about my birth experience than many - but that is also why I think it's important to share this experience and why I would NOT recommend them for someone who is looking for an empowered birth experience. They have midwives on staff and some are amazing, but others are not. You see different midwives and doctors for different appointments, which led to inconsistent care in my opinion. There were several times where I received conflicting recommendations based on who I saw. While you can request to see certain midwives for appointments (I found one I loved and requested her each time) you cannot choose who comes to your delivery. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of the one midwife who genuinely advocated for me (she made it possible for me to have a doula during the pandemic, something that I will always be grateful to her for)- but I still had an (in my opinion, unnecessarily) dramatic delivery experience. I was late and at 41 weeks had an ultrasound with Dr Kevin Hackett. He immediately pushed me towards an induction and was extremely condescending towards any questions I asked about the decision (which was a huge adjustment from my birth preferences). He seemed genuinely offended that I didn't blindly follow all of his recommendations and honestly made me feel like a bad mom. He made several comments against the midwives I had seen previously and it left me feeling conflicted and defeated. At one point he said he couldn't believe I would "back myself in a corner" looking for an unmedicated birth. I was very okay being induced, if medically necessary. My issue was the condescending tone and how it was not a conversation - it was a demand. It is everything that an empowered birth experience is NOT. My hope is that sharing this alone will give one pregnant woman a more empowered experience by steering her from Dr Hackett. After being induced, I had a long labor and unfortunately reached 10 cm at shift change. I'm not totally sure what happened, but what I do know is that I was ready to push and had to wait over an hour for the new midwife to arrive at the hospital. Once we were delivering, the midwife seemed incredibly distracted, chatting with everyone else around her and went so far to mess up my stitches and have to redo them, which I genuinely think was because she was chatting with everyone else around her (about things other than my delivery). Thank goodness I had a doula with me because she gave me 10x more information about postpartum care than any one at professionals did. There is a lot going on behind the scenes, but my experiences led me to think many decisions were made for me based on what is convenient for them.   If you are having a baby and are looking for an empowered and/or unmedicated birth - I would NOT recommend Professionals. There are some great midwives at the practice for sure, and it makes me sad to write this review because I really like and admire them, but because of their setup you have no guarantee of who you will get nor of your experience. My hope is to share my experience to help clarify how they work and help one woman have the experience she is looking for!

The facility was very clean and easy to find, and our technician was patient and kind. I had an anterior placenta and the baby was a little tougher to get on the scan, but she still nailed it! If you check out my photo, you'll see that the scan was a great glimpse at our baby and really did look like her! Highly recommend this facility.

She is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever seen! She's attentive, very knowledgeable (explaining every mole/mark on your body), and takes her time answering any questions you might have (especially regarding concerning spots). I never feel rushed and always leave feeling reassured! For this visit, I was provided some dark spot cream to help treat some dark spots on my face. I was advised that if I didn't see results within a few weeks, that I would be prescribed a stronger topical cream. I called back after a few weeks, was prescribed a new cream, and have seen some good results! Other Notes: - I was provided with a gift bag of sunscreen, body soap/wash, etc. for being a new patient. These weren't travel size - they were full sized bottles! This was greatly appreciated! - The ambiance/decor in the main office is SO cute! I enjoyed the decor, lighting, and music while waiting to be seen! - The parking situation is absolutely horrible (this office is right next to Capital University)! I spent at least 15 minutes driving back and forth the main street trying to find a parking spot. Boo! I would recommend suggesting available parking lots/spots should the back parking lot be full!
