I've been going here for the past two years and this is the only place I'll shop for any sneakers that I need--for myself as well as my kids. I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. I feel safe when I'm there. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. They have a ton of very unique dresses and so reasonably priced. They have about 2 of every size which is nice if you can get there in time to get your size! I found a lot of the smaller sizes were gone in the dresses I was interested in. Luckily there was still one small of the dress I wanted! The lady working was very friendly and not overbearing at all. She told us the history of the store and the owners which I always love to hear. My boyfriend was with me but its always nice to have an opinion from a lady too. I tried on two dresses. The first dress I tried on was a pink and blue dress (the one I really wanted) and it was very flattering. I tried on a second cute, multiple colored dress that my boyfriend picked out and I wasn't crazy about the way it looked on me. The lady who worked there didn't try to talk me into buying it and gave my her honest opinion which I thought was great! I ended up getting the gorgeous pink and blue dress and a cute watermelon colored cover up for the beach season. I only spent $87 total for good quality clothes that I know hardly anyone else will have ;) I will most definitely be back frequently!! side note: the lady working told me the dress i bought came in yesterday and they sold 3-4 in just over 24 hours! The owner/operator is there and attentive to everyone who walks in without hovering or rushing you about, which I appreciated. I found this place on Yelp bc it was the only women's clothing store in walking distance of Trolley Square, and I had a clothing malfunction that required the urgent and immediate need for new bottoms. There were no reviews, so I'm leaving this one since a) I walked out with a new and cute outfit plus three incredibly low-prices layering shirts all for just $110, b) it was open on a Sunday afternoon, c) I received good customer service, and d) there were clothes in my size, and e) it is the most sophisticated shop I've seen in this part of Wilmington. I paid $4,000 down on an $8,000 coat - no small amount of money - and when I went to my fitting, not only had they sold the original coat I fell in love with, but they remade a coat that was a completely different style and way way too big. They said they would fix the coat and were apologetic, and I gave them three more fittings to try and get the coat right. I just had my final fitting 6 months after the initial interaction and the coat was still too big, the hem was not even, one sleeve was longer than another, the lining hung out from the bottom, and the fur looked like it had been messed with too much to the point it was no longer beautiful. I'm very disappointed that they sold the coat that I had actually put $4,000 down on and tried to pass off a completely wrong coat to me. Be very careful of their negligent and deceptive practices.
