The first step was to have an in-person estimate, this was quick and Anna was thorough in asking the proper questions on what was needed. Ultimately, we decided to go with the green Lavendar cleaning service and have had one clean so far. Their attention to detail was noticed with our bathroom grout and faucets. We live in an area where lime and calcium deposits are high, but our fixtures came out clean! Was very happy about this. Look forward to our next clean and will give an update in a few months again. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn, he was so amazing during the whole process. There were a few hiccups with the seller of the house paving over the septic tank and Shawn did not charge me for coming out since he wasn't actually able to do anything. We rescheduled under the impression that the seller had fixed the issue, shocker he didn't. So Shawn took it in his own hands and said he would cut up the driveway so he could get to the tank it would just cost the seller. He was nothing but professional the entire time and very courteous.
