They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Because of their great customer service, Stone is officially my go to septic service company.

Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing. Update : the company did call and ask me to remove my review. I replied my trap is still covered in grease. They did however come back 2 weeks later and do the job right. I was promised a free grease trap cleaning on my next visit. Guess what they never showed.

It was a Saturday so I figured I'd have to wait until Monday maybe, but no, he told me he was finishing up a job and he'd call me back within an hour or so. It was probably 30 minutes approx. and he took my address and said he'd be at my home in about 39 minutes. It was maybe 20 minutes & Max & Jay asked some Q's and got right to work. They were working on my major clog near where my main line goes out to the road (I have public sewer) for about 3 hrs altogether. They were successful, thank god, and didn't leave a mess in my basement. The price was reasonable especially for being on a weekend and on short notice.
