Caleb arrived right on time and took care of business - communicating with us as he went through the extermination process! A one-time service cost us $299, which feels like a great value given the team's overall responsiveness, and speedy but intentional service. We were in process of asking for inspections by appointment only. In the meantime a service man came to do inspection of the bait traps without an appointment and which would have obligated us to another year's contract. We were lucky to be home to stop him. He seemed nice but he came 5 minutes before a severe thunder and lightning storm when we were also under tornado watch that progressed to tornado warning. That decided us. We're not using a service company that sends workers to do outside work in a thunderstorm and tornado watch. Pest control is not an emergency service and there is no reason to put workers in potential harm's way for no good reason.
