She was speaking to someone while the transaction was going on and took up my time for no apparent reason so I bagged my own clothes put my money on the counter when she turned around and looked down at the money she told me to put the money in her hand. I said the money is right there picking up yourself she said I threw it down I said no I did not I said where is your manager and he came over and finished the transaction. I will never go back to that store again first of all they have a security guard at the door and the bathrooms are locked and half the time you can't try anything on because the sitting rooms are closed. That woman was such a miserable person I'm glad she has her crappy job and I hope she can't pay her bills with her hourly pay. That's what the sign says. Other times I've been here, their restroom is very dirty and not maintained. The clothes are frequently in disarray with so many pieces hanging on one rack you can't slide hangers over to shop the items. Many broken home goods items left on shelves. The primary issue though is the unprofessional employees. While the lines are slow, I would be more inclined to visit the location if the employees acted like they worked customer service rather than talking to people like they work at Rikers Island.
