My mower broke while I was mowing on a Saturday late afternoon so I called Monday morning when they opened and asked if they could pick it up and fix it I also asked if it was still under warranty they said it was one day over on the warranty. I said wow that sucks and asked them to let me know the price before they fix it. I got a call a few days later and they said the motor was blown and it was 5 or 6 thousand if my memory serves me correctly. I said wow then they told me they were able to replace it under warranty! I was so happy! They brought it back a few days later and it has run like new for the last 3 years. Thank you Taplin!

Called Taplin, they were able to pick it up the next day. Eric called after checking it out and the said the motor was blown. Of course was 2 months out of warranty, he said would call Ariens and see what he could do. Because of Eric's perseverance they replaced the motor, at no charge to us. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. Then when I came to pick it up, it was damaged and they supposedly "overnighted" the same jacket from another location, however it took another two days to come in. Day before my event now, still no call about the jacket coming in so I called again and no one can find it, so as I'm about to get another suit at another store, they call and have supposedly found it, so I drive 45 minutes to Holyoke to pick it up only to be told they again could not find it when I arrived. Finally after 15 minutes a manager located the jacket in the back, but after all the trouble they only gave me a plastic bag for the jacket on a downpouring day even after purchasing a $500 suit because they had supposedly run out of suit bags. Absolutely will not be back as the communication and lack of professionalism was very disappointing.

This review is for the new Longmeadow locattion…read more A friendly local shop, solid service, and a welcome addition to our Shaker Road Shopping Plaza Colorado Bike & Ski on Shaker Road Stopped into Colorado Bike & Ski, right where Armata's Market used to be on Shaker Road, and the experience was excellent. This was my second visit, and both times the staff took good care of me. During their soft opening, they tuned up our bicycles and did quality work at a fair price. This week, I needed a few pedal bolts loosened to make bike transport easier. They had me stop in, fixed it quickly, and sent me on my way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me some impressive new bikes, including cool electric models and one with eye-catching balloon tires. This time of year, the focus is clearly skis. They had plenty of ski gear and cold-weather clothing on display, ready for winter. I missed the grand opening, but the service won me over anyway.
