They serve a variety of beverages and snacks. Waited about 30 minutes for them to start on my manicure-- I got builder gel set on my natural nails with French tip design. Not too bad but I did have to redirect my manicurist to fix some of the lines of the white tip because I hate when the edges are too high. Overall, he did a fairly good job on the white tips but needs improvement. Pedicure-- I waited about 10 mins after my manicure for them to start but the guy was efficient on time bc I told him I needed to be out by 2:50pm. He was a bit rough I'll say. Pedicure came out well done and the massage was great! Just wish my first time experience to this salon was more relaxing like it is back at my regular salon.

I began bleeding significantly, but the technician did not stop or address it even after I showed him the blood multiple times. He kept trying to continue the service even though blood was present. I had to stop him and ask for a band aid. I don't think there's anything in place for this because they were having a hard time finding a bandaid and did not offer antiseptic. The rest of the service felt very rushed. When I went to pay, I had asked for a manager since this was unacceptable. They also tried to pass this off as a language barrier issue. You could see the blood on my foot. This should have been a safety concern. No manager was on site and they wanted me to call back on Thursday. This is Tuesday. They eventually got one on the phone for me to speak to and they eventually offered a 20% discount, but I am concerned by the lack of immediate response to an obvious bleeding injury. I finally was able to get my cut cleaned when I came home. The cut is deeper on the backside. They did not want to help get it cleaned up there. I did attach a picture of the cut.
