They also have homemade fudge, candy, gourmet candy apples, and chocolate-covered confections. It's a tight fit inside, so there isn't space to eat your frozen treat. Best plan to get it on the run! If I'm not mistaken, this is Hobbs' first chocolatier. They had so many delightful chocolate covered items - from nuts to jalapenos. My daughters were dying to try ice cream and stuck to their flavors. The youngest had two scoops in a cup of Krazy Kolors. Bold colors of red, blue, and yellow, but it tasted like plain vanilla to me. Lol. The oldest had two scoops of Cookie Two Step, which was chocolate chip cookie dough. Very cream. Large chunks of chocolate. The decent-sized cold mounds were served in small plastic ball caps both for $12.14. The menu is quite large, and we had a hard time choosing what we wanted, but we settled on Tostilocos, ice cream scoops, and paletas. I for a Pecan/Nuez paleta, and it was delicious as expected. My family also loved their ice cream choices, but we were a little disappointed by the Tostilocos. While the portion size was great, the cueritos were chopped so finely we couldn't fully enjoy them. The service was awesome-- our server (and cashier) was kind, patient, and friendly. She allows the kids to taste the flavors and wasn't annoyed when we asked questions about the menu and the shop. The shop has so much potential, and I am rooting for it. The shop in Albuquerque sells kid size (16 oz) smoothies, but not this location. I asked. I also grabbed a "mean greens" pressed juice ($10) to go to replenish the iron and vitamin C I lost from recently donating blood. Smoothies we tried & loved: + Banana Reef (banana, pineapple, blue spirulina, Greek yogurt) + Matcha Paradise (pineapple, Matcha, banana, vanilla, Greek yogurt) + Strawberry Swirl (almond milk, strawberry, pineapple, dates, yogurt clouds) I intend to stop by for a coffee someday. The restaurant is owned and run by some older people who still were hustling to get everyone's food and kept the coffee refilled. No printed menu...just tell the waitress what you want...I ordered eggs and bacon and it also came with hash browns. The eggs were cooked perfectly! There was one regular who started talking to us and then went and got his food and ate with us. He was a funny and fun character. He had so many jokes....one for every letter of the alphabet....and more! The owners have a huge collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia. The decor is in showcases and the place is well lit. We arrived before they opened and there were others already waiting for them to open. We highly recommend this fun friendly place!!!

The Asian owners were very nice and worked quickly to take in shop and drive-thru orders. My main issue is that they need to update the menu if they don't offer small coffees anymore. They are the corner building in a small plaza across the street from Bob's Thriftway in Lovington, New Mexico.
