Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Claudia, was uncomfortable. Instead of a simple adjustment or solution, we were told that adding more cherry would require an extra charge. I tried to clarify that I wasn't asking for "extra," only for the drinks to taste as they normally do. Given that this location has been known to make frequent mistakes, we honestly assumed the cherry may have been left out. The conversation became unexpectedly tense. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience. Small issues happen at any business. What matters is how they are handled. A more solution-oriented and courteous response would have made this a simple fix rather than a negative experience.

If I'm not mistaken, this is Hobbs' first chocolatier. They had so many delightful chocolate covered items - from nuts to jalapenos. My daughters were dying to try ice cream and stuck to their flavors. The youngest had two scoops in a cup of Krazy Kolors. Bold colors of red, blue, and yellow, but it tasted like plain vanilla to me. Lol. The oldest had two scoops of Cookie Two Step, which was chocolate chip cookie dough. Very cream. Large chunks of chocolate. The decent-sized cold mounds were served in small plastic ball caps both for $12.14. The music itself would have been pleasant if it wasn't eardrum shattering. My husband liked his drink. The service was fine, although there was a communication barrier, I blame myself and not the waitress. I think that's about it. It was also not cheap like others are commenting. This was a big fat fail. Let me add - per my Apple Watch, the decibel level got up to 107 db, and 10+ mins over 95 can damage your hearing!
