A trendy breakfast/lunch chain that is a step up from a traditional diner. It can get packed on weekends and holidays, which is enough to deter me on those occasions. But a weekday late morning was the perfect time to come. Their menu for breakfast is plentiful and includes burritos, sandwiches, pancakes, benedicts, tacos, and French toast. The lunch options seemed to have less variation. We enjoyed the sweet potato hash (could have used more toppings), bravacado toast (good ratio of ingredients), and classic (three sausages!) We all licked our plates clean so that's a good sign. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the interior is decorated nicely. A trendy brunch spot with enough variety to eat healthy if you want to -- but honestly, the Bravocado Toast is the whole reason to come back. The sweet, savory, and spicy flavors harmonize so well. Tried quite a few dishes (pancake flight, BLT protein bowl, strawberry french toast), and they're all solid, but they didn't quite hit the same 'wow' factor. On Thursday, we placed an order for delivery. Due to my nervousness about the multiple cyclospora outbreaks, I called to request no chives on our potatoes. I spoke with the Assistant Manager or Manager about my concerns. He informed me of their commitment to customer safety and is updated twice a day from their regional office about the outbreak. When I inquired about their produce supplier, he did not hesitate to share. I was pleased it was not the supplier associated with the company linked to one of the outbreaks. I was impressed. I have been to other locations, but this one had exceptional service on a busy Saturday breakfast rush. I highly recommend the pineapple upside-down pancakes, and this is from someone who thought their sweet potato pancakes were the best you could get! They also have plenty booth seating inside. Their menu is wide and offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Anything from eggs Benedict to breakfast tacos to breakfast fried rice, they have plenty of variety. The Major issue of this place is their pricing/value. At first glance the prices don't seem too crazy, but then when you order, you realize the items are mostly a la carte. For example, at other breakfast places whatever you order it includes toast or english muffin or something. Not so here. It's mainly individual order. So I had a mimosa yesterday the "mmmm mmmm mimosa" mostly juice. Would give that a 2. The pork belly Benedict was the best thing I had shrimp and grits the amount of sauce took away from all the peppers and meat flavors. I went back today remembering to take a picture and had the fried rice too much sauce in the rice very over powering. I would eat here again just some things I'd buff out. If you've never been, keep in mind that it's not cheap ($5 for large OJ, $6.50 for three pieces of bacon, etc.), but the food is good quality, and the portion sizes are generous. The menu is very broad, and I like the fact that I can get two different types of their Eggs Benedict's on one plate. My family and I come to this area every year for our daughter's birthday and stay at the local resort with a waterpark attached to it nearby. We've wanted to try the breakfast at Snooze for quite some time, but never found our way there due to the busy weekend schedules we always have. This year my daughter turned eight and we finally made our way to Snooze and now we regret not going sooner. The food was amazing!! The atmosphere is electric and contagious and the service is incredible. Rachel was our server and she and her crew were attentive, professional and always smiling. We will be back for sure and we can't wait to try something else on the menu. Our daughter is on the autism spectrum so trying new foods can be a challenge but not at Snooze. Came here for breakfast with my mom on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It was somewhat busy around 9:00am, then picked up while we were there. We took advantage of the Weekday Eats menu (Monday-Thursday) that starts at $10. The Two Egg Classic ($11) comes with eggs any style, two pieces of bacon, hash browns, and choice of toast. Jam is available upon request. We asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy. The waitress asked if we wanted extra crispy bacon too, and went with it. Lesson learned - do not get the bacon extra crispy unless you want it practically burnt. Surprisingly it didn't have the burnt taste, but I wouldn't want to risk it next time. We also got a single pancake to share. The Pancake of the Moment was pumpkin pecan pie. It was pretty good, and had a little tang, maybe from the cream cheese. I was able to redeem my Snooze rewards points for the single pancake (6,000 points). Highly recommend signing up so that you earn points whenever you dine at any Snooze location. Sometimes they also send you discounts/offers (for example, $10 off $30). Service was great - our server even asked us if we wanted waters to go. That was really nice! read more

While visiting a friend in Arizona, we decided to stop by Snooze for a late breakfast--and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Protein Trio Omelette and a mimosa, expecting the usual tiny champagne glass with mostly juice (and overpriced). But not at Snooze! This mimosa came out in what looked like a large juice or beer glass--and since I asked for more champagne than juice... whew! It was strong, refreshing, and totally worth every penny. Definitely one of the best brunch mimosas I've had in a while! The food was just as impressive. The portion sizes are generous, everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were on point. That Protein Trio Omelette was filling, tasty, and exactly what I needed. On top of that, our server was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Love Snooze! I was visiting Phoenix on a very hot and dry day, but was happy to find the quality is just as good here as it is at my local Snooze back home. Stepping inside was a relief! The air conditioning was excellent and immediately cooled us down. The experience was made even better by the staff! The servers were friendly and attentive, constantly refilling our waters (a must-have on a hot day!). I ordered the signature OMG! French Toast. It's very yummy, but be warned that it is quite sweet! This place was fun! I came here for lunch and had a pumpkin latte and the lunch special with half an order of the Bravocado toast accompanied with a side salad. The latte was great and not overwhelming sweet. The bravocado toast delicious and light, the egg actually cooked to medium. The side salad was also great, especially the dressing it was tossed in. It does get quite busy and unfortunately, they don't take reservations, so be prepared for a wait. Our favorite items are the eggs benny's and the pancakes! My personal favorite is the Bella Bella Benny, but the pineapple upside down pancake is a close second. If you're dining with a friend or two, consider sharing a benedict plate & pancake flight. The pancakes are super sweet, so it's hard to eat a lot but they're delicious. When my husband I go, we usually get the benny duo and split that & then get some pancakes to share. Service is a bit lacking at times here. This one is located South side of Ray between 48th and 50th St in Ahwatukee. We previously have gone to other locations. We went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too crowded. The Bloody Mary and mocktail were good (see photo). I got some eggs, potatoes, and chorizo (see photo). It is hard to tell because it looks like sausage but that is "chorizo." Easy the worst chorizo I have ever had. Try compare that chorizo to El Mesquite at Baseline and Central. It was terrible, no taste and pretty much could have been an overcooked sausage patty. The pancake flight was fine and the Bella Bella Benny was below average. Bottom line will not be coming back to this location. read more
