We went to Thanks a Brunch for Mother's Day and overall had a really good experience. The restaurant is very small and quaint, which gives it a cozy vibe, but because of that there was a pretty long wait. Unfortunately there also wasn't really anywhere to sit outside while waiting, which was a bit of a downside. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food itself was delicious. We shared the strawberry horchata French toast for the table and it was amazing. I ordered the California Benedict along with the dulce banana cold brew. The Benedict was really good, but the cold brew was a little disappointing since it tasted watered down and I couldn't really taste the banana flavor. My husband ordered the breakfast loaded tots, which were tasty, but they were skimpy on the gravy so he ended up ordering an extra side. My mom got the loaded street fries and coffee and enjoyed both. Overall, the food and service were great and we'd definitely come back -- just be prepared for a wait, especially on busy holidays.

Saw on TicTok and so glad I did. Handicap parking up front. Tiffany greeted us at the door. Very friendly and she was our server. Tiffany explained the menu. Food was fresh and delicious. My son had the loaded tater tots. So good. I had the biscuits and gravy plate. It was wonderful. We're coming back for the French toast. Refill on drinks were grest great Customer service is top notch.

Well couldn't decide where to go to breakfast today and I thought haven't been here in a couple weeks so give it a try ended up having the banana Foster's French toast, couple eggs, bacon fruit coffee all delicious service was awesome. Since I sat at the bar check out the picture give this place to try. You'll love it.

This place as great the gentle man and female that we're working we're extremely sweet. I got these pictures a couple months ago but I went last week and got a YOLote breakfast burrito and that thing was gooooodd. My friend and I sat outside so we could talk and eat our food in the nice sunny morning not too hot with the water mists going. The food was very good and I will definitely be going back since I live right up the road!

Delicious!! I could go on forever about this place! So if you see this review just go ahead and go!!! The food was amazing and the French toast?!!! You wouldn't believe how much food I put down here. We had the cookie butter French toast, a pork breakfast tacos (side potatoes were perfectly seasoned and crisp!) and a breakfast burrito. Everything was phenomenal! Our waiter was Phillip. He is such a gentleman. We adored him. And the place was so cute but it is small so don't be surprised if there's a line or wait time. Good food does that!

I was in the Gilbert area this morning running errands & saw that I was less than 10 minutes from Thanks a brunch so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in I was greeted by staff & felt so welcomed. It was still breakfast time & inside was packed. I had placed an order online and only had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. Vegan breakfast burrito - Soyrizo Just Eggs, Potatoes, Avocado, Salsa, Tomato, and Cilantro. It was HUGE & so good. I could only eat half. I will definitely be back to try the other options on the menu.

We recently moved to the east valley from Scottsdale, and we have been having a hard time finding a good breakfast spot as nothing can top Butters / Butterfields. We happened upon this place, and we were very pleasantly surprised! The food was great! I had the breakfast burrito, and it was one of the most flavorful burritos I have ever had! We also opted for something sweet! I believe it was cookie butter tiramisu French toast- it was fun and decadent. The service was also great so I'm excited to go back.

Brunch, delicious. Atmosphere and service, top notch. I was surprised the variety of breakfast food. A lot of people were here yet the wait went quick. The service staff were just so pleasant. Glad we went on our visit to Mesa AZ.

Came on a Tuesday for brunch. Service was quick and attentive. They were very nice. Lots of menu options. But, the food was just average. Because of that I wouldn't choose to come back. Also, they left the door to the patio open and there were flies buzzing around us (we were seated inside) the whole time.

This Thank You Thursday review goes out to Thanks A Brunch! I've been a fan of their original location in Gilbert for over a year now and couldn't be happier to watch them grow! I'm also happy to see that this second location is closer to my house and has plenty of parking! The first location's parking was a bit challenging, so I'm grateful this one is located in a large shopping center. The space is vibrant and the decor is consistent with the first location; fun, colorful, and eclectic! I especially love the wall with the colorful pans. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, and they even have bar seating. Service was fast and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the following: Cold brew Cold brew with toasted marshmallow foam Loaded fries Green chili breakfast tacos Elote avocado toast The food and drinks always hit. I went with my go-to, the green chili breakfast tacos which I devoured within minutes. My husband also devoured his elote avocado toast pretty quickly. He and I shared the fries, which is massive so we ended up taking most of it to-go and enjoyed them later as a snack. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back soon!

If I could give no stars I would. Been here four times and first time was fine. Second time I called in and ordered one breakfast burrito for pick up. I gave em twenty minutes and when I arrived they told me it is being finished. Another 12 minutes go by and still my order isn't out. They showed no urgency but did say sorry for the wait once it came out. When I got back to my office I took one bite and tasted burnt sausage and salt, figured bad bite. Bite two, same thing. I open the burrito and my country gravy burrito has no gravy! I tried to call in and get a refund and their phone was off the hook. I drove back and the manager who is also the chef came out, I told her what I ordered and her response was yeaaaaah. Like she knew she did a poor job and still served it to me. Third time I call in they put me on hold for ten minutes and nobody comes to the phone so I gave up. No idea why I tried again but I call in on my way to work trying to time it up and they put me on hold.l again... 11 minutes later I am still on hold and now in their parking lot. I walk in to an empty restaurant and ask the worker how busy they are, he replied not all. Explained to him that back to back days I've tried to call an order to in and they put me on hold and never come back.. he didn't seem to care and said sorry I'll pass it a long. To the manager who produces products like the photo below.... Riiiight. First time here the burrito was good! People love this place and NO IDEA why. The attitude, the service, the food, 3 terrible experiences.

A great selection of food, plenty of good options to choose from! Their coffee selection is pretty minimal, and the cold foam of the month (snicker doodle and Banana Frost) were alright, but nothing too crazy. All of the menu items we got were quite large and very delicious. The sausage is actual bits of meat, not that fake patty nuggets you normally get, so that's a huge plus. The tacos didn't have as much flavor as I thought, maybe just some green chile or a sauce was needed. The service was fast, but very busy and a small space. Quaint, I don't mind it. I recommend trying it out, and I plan to come back and try a few other menu items.

Brand new to the brunch scene is another amazing Thanks A Brunch (TAB) location. So happy to see this one closer to my house as love the one in Gilbert, but it's a drive. This location opened 2 weeks ago, and this weekend is their 3rd. Happy to report there is more seating and more parking! Love the interior and every staff member was exceptionally friendly. Love seeing the menu items I loved at the other location here, plus some tasty new options my dad and I tried. The Pumpkin Cold Brew topped with toasted marshmallow cold foam ($6) was an absolute treat and a great way to celebrate the first weekend of Spooky Season. My dad ordered the Green Chili Breakfast Tacos ($13) recommended by our server. He enjoyed them, and I tried some and wished they were spicier. I went with my usual TAB dish California Benedict ($12), which was just what I was looking forward to all week. What a welcome addition of the east valley, and I'll both recommend to friends/family and be back soon!

I kicked off our 90-minute experience with the Blackberry Yuzu Margarita, and it was the perfect balance of crisp, sweet, and tart. I wrapped things up with the Macadamia Nut Piña Colada which, fittingly for being "aboard" a pirate ship, was delightfully rum-forward without being overly sweet. In between cocktails, we shared a couple of snacks that were such a welcome addition -- something you sadly don't always find at local speakeasies! The service was top-notch thanks to our bartender Rocco, whose knowledge and attention to detail made the experience even more fun. Between the creative cocktails, immersive vibe, and fantastic hospitality, Undertow is easily one of the coolest spots around!

Of course, this place is known for its cocktails, so naturally they should be great--but trust me, I've been to several cocktail-only establishments that were lackluster. Absolutely NOT the case here. You could literally put all the pages of the menu on a wall, throw a dart, and whatever you hit would be delicious and interesting in its own right. The place is a little small, but honestly, that's what I love about it. It feels cozy in all the right ways. It's also very relaxing, floating along the sea with some delightful surprises here and there. We ordered several drinks, but one that's not on the menu (and they do make it) is the Pearl Diver, which is magnificent here. The mixologists and servers are all amazing and should be proud of themselves for bringing such an experience to Gilbert.

Countless reservations under my name and other friends and bar visits for happy hour. Today was my wife's 38th birthday and we came to Buck and rider to enjoy it with our three boys. For the first time in our couple years coming they id'd my wife for her drink she ordered. She didn't bring her ID.
