Contacted Quinn to see if he could upgrade the shifting/ gear components my wife's Kona Process. After consulting with him on what he recommended, we dropped the bike off for him to change her bike from a 2x10 gearing setup to a 1x12. The bike was ready by the next day. He even fixed a couple other issues with the bike for no extra charge. Another bike shop kept her bike for a month and it came back broke. The work they suggested that needed to be done, Quinn fixed in one day. Excellent service. The owner responded to my late night inquiry the next morning. When I brought my son's bike by for spoke/wheel work he explained how busy he was and that I would need to leave it for a few days. He also clearly explained that there was no guarantee he could straighten the wheel but he would try. A few days later I called to check on the bike and he told me that the wheel was beyond repair. He said he could order a new wheel but it would take at least 10 days since he was headed out of town. He offered to sell me a used wheel that he had, which I agreed to. A few minutes later he called back to tell me that when he put the used wheel on he discovered it was also slightly "out of true", but it was much better than the old one, and he did not charge me anything even though I offered to pay for the time he took to help. read more
