Came to meet a friend and she recommended I order online instead of standing in line. Tip - you need to go up to the counter and let them know you're there. I waited for my number to be called for half an hour before heading up. My order had been waiting. They keep your stuff in the fridge or freezer depending on what you ordered. The chocolate taiyaki wasn't as good not fresh. The hibiscus passion fruit iced tea was cool and refreshing. I was parched since I ate while waiting for my order. They were busy as there was a kpop event happening which was Stray Kids themed. There was a photo backdrop where you could take photos. Vendors selling bracelets, keychains, earrings, kpop artist cards, etc. Mukja food truck was there. Loud and busy inside. Clean women's restroom and parking in shared lot. We managed to get a table so we enjoyed our meal together. She had the rice cake skewers and a boba drink. Fun meet up at a popular place.

What's not to love about snowl? The service is always great, everything I've ever had is delicious. They even have board games they let you rent. Variety of seating types & a very cool atmosphere. My favorite boba shop in the area!

Big spacious pretty cafe where you can get ddukbboki to desserts. We got one mango bingsoo on a hot day to share between 2 people and it was perfect! The portion was HUGE. There were so many mango pieces and mango boba on top. There was one mango ice cream mochi on top as well that was so yummy! It was more sour than sweet but I loved it. Interior was so pretty that I couldn't help but take pictures! I loved the clouds hanging from the ceiling and pink-ish wall. The service was super fast as well. They have 3 touchscreen ordering machines. Overall we loved the decor and bingsoo! We will be back!

Who doesn't love some boba!! We were trying to kill some time before a night event so we stop by grabs some ice cream, and milk tea. There is a self check which is always fast and easy when you don't want to talk to people. The ambience is great lots of seating and plenty of space very lit good lighting.

Every time it is a debate between the mango or the fruit snow bowls. Aways end up getting the mango because I don't really like bananas in shaved ice. Mango is super refreshing with the jellies, mochi, and popping boba? Kiosks are easy to order from and quick service from the staff. Cool, chill, and clean place! The boba drinks can be a hit or miss sometimes but pretty good quality!

Love love love Snowl! Delicious snow bowls. I don't know if it's good or bad that I don't have one of these places closer to home. I'd be there weekly or more!

Delicious fun treat! Fun place to get a treat with friends or the fam and hang out- they even have a few card games you can borrow and play while you hang out! Service was quick. They have self order kiosks to place your own order. Only thing is we wish they had some other icecream choices besides matcha and milk tea...perhaps vanilla or chocolate? It would also be nice to have the choice for a smaller Snowl Bowl, the once size they have is enough for about 4 adults to share and still feel like they got a great dessert- but it's delicious even though it's huge serving size haha

Ice cream was so good! Loved the decorations it did take a little long for me to get my order compared to my friends

Good dessert place, big place inside and a lot of tables and chairs. Service is fast and exactly portion.

Um wowwww. The pictures don't do it justice but the portions are hugeeeee! Which is a good thing because it was really really hot outside. The snows were so satisfying to eat. It was fluffy, lightly sweet, and cooling. I was so thoroughly chilled such that I had to warm up going outside!!! They have an extensive menu of drink options. You order on the computer screen. Service was really quick. The restaurant was clean and really spacious. They had cornhole boards set up for kids to play. The rice cake skewers were really good too. The outside was crispy and inside was nice and chewy. The sauce was savory sweet and not very spicy. I personally feel it can be a bit more spicy but I enjoyed it as it was.

A perfect companion for extremely hot summer weather, the Snow Bowl is very refreshing, though a bit too sweet. Its generous size means you can easily share it between three to four people. The made-to-order fish takoyaki, filled with chocolate, also tastes good. This spot is a great place to hang out with friends when you're looking to cool down!

Everything about this location was also great. Their customer service was phenomenal, they were very friendly and professional. The bobas were way too delicious, tasty and light on the sugar, just the way I wanted it. This location and the other one on Havana St. were clean, neat and well organized. I highly recommend Snowl bobas!!! You won't regret it.

I was really annoyed from the get-go with my order so I wish I never followed through and completed the order and just walked away. First off these snow bowls are 17+ dollars so you would assume if they charged you that much for ice and some toppings, you're able to modify it to however you like it. However, that that's not the case here. There were certain things I did not like that was included in the bowl and I asked if we could replace it with something else, the girl who is taking my order, said no because the owner will not do any adjustments to the bowl. Then I asked if they were premade because if they were then that's more understandable, however, it wasn't. You can take away things you don't like for the same price but you can't replace. Personally, just think this is ridiculous and sadly, the bowl itself was not worth the price I paid. Sad to say that was my last time ever going there

Great but they need to use door dash. Current delivery is too expensive and so then I just don't order unless I'm nearby.

While he wanted us that the peppercorn sauce may numb our tongues, I think that got lost in translation! Our other choices were a salty sauce (described as a brown sauce that isn't that salty really) and a sweet and sour sauce. We could get it as a soup or stir fry. We wanted stir fry. The beef was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly as was the bok choy in the stir fry. The noodles were silky and soft, with a great mouth feel. The peppercorn sauce left our tongues numb though and we could NOT figure out what was going on because we didn't pick that up in the convo when we ordered! I finally asked the waitress who gave us the whole reason behind the untraditional and traditional sauce options! She said that when COVID hit, mostly Americans ordered and they adapted a sweet and sour sauce for them that they love. When things opened back up, they went back to peppercorn sauce because the Chinese like it and it is traditionally served near the Guangzhou province. It all made sense! She said next time, we could try the salty sauce, which I will. It sounds great and I love these noodles. They make their tea strong and it is awesome. We had a black tea and a jasmine cold tea. I had been here once before and taken my mother. She was treated so sweetly by the lady who works there and it made her experience extra enjoyable. I wish I knew her name, but she is a lovely woman who cares about her customers. The staff is nice and helpful. Sometimes things get a bit lost in translation. The ambiance is lacking as it is more of a fast food-looking place, but don't let that stop you from going! Last trip, I had dumplings and noodles that rocked my world. I was so happy! The one bad thing about this place is the sewage smell from the building both times I have visited. I hate it because they can't do anything about it! It isn't their fault and shouldn't keep you from delicious noodles, but it is very noticeable when you walk in. The bathrooms are down a back hall in this strip center so if you have an elderly visitor, it is kind of a walk to get to them. Heads up.

The Korean waffles are filled with chocolate or red bean. Tried both, fresh and hot. Pretty tasty, I actually enjoyed the red bean more. This could easily be a 4 star if their service was quicker and friendlier. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1 employee. The line was long. She had to take and complete each order at a time before she took the next order. So the service was slow. I tipped her because she worked hard, but there was no "hi... thank you..." just took our order and that was it.
