I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.

Upon taking them home it was immediately obvious they raised the hem of one leg by a whole inch and a quarter! Further, it seems they messed up once already during the process as there are clear tailoring marks further up the pant leg that were not there before. If they can make such amateur mistakes with something as simple as adjusting a hemline (ruining a pair of pants in the process), I would never trust them with more delicate alterations.

Well, when it finally arrived, it looked like someone had painted it on to my body. I could hardly breathe, let alone anticipate moving around or enjoying myself. Thankfully I came across Chris' website- "Stephen The Tailor". I quickly booked an appointment. Chris was kind, funny, and welcoming to me and my (now) wife. He put us both at ease, helping navigate all that needed to happen. Neither one of us imagined that the suit that was delivered would be salvaged. Chris, must have taken every stitch out of this three piece to reconstruct the perfect tuxedo for me. I still cannot identify what he retooled. Easily the mark of a true craftsman and expert tailor. The other week I dropped of some more clothes including a sweater with a small food stain and back with the same food stain that I pointed out but the kicker was a designer tshirt that I've had for a couple years and specified that they dry clean it and when I took it out of the bag to wear it the other day, not only did I noticed it having a complete different texture than before and not fitting anymore and it was shrunk but this is the torn condition I got it in! I brought stuff here for a few years, it used to be good but quite honestly this was the last straw. I heard of a place in Rockville which is pricey and inconvenient but if you have nice items I would pay extra for the care of those items
