I was honestly nervous to go after reading the reviews but a friend got her nails done there and they looked great, so after trying 2 other places--one where no one even greeted me and another that was too busy, I decided to try SNS. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. They greeted me warmly from the moment I walked in the door. My young daughter was with me and she just wanted regular polish--they were just as friendly with her. They greeted everyone that walked in that way (at least while I was there). We were seated right away. My daughter was seated next to me, and the same tech took care of both of us. She was wonderful! She talked with us and she was funny, and several of the employees came over and made a big deal to my daughter about how pretty her nails looked. She really enjoyed all the attention. My nails are short and paper thin. I didn't want tips or anything so I was worried they wouldn't be able to do SNS or it might not look good. I was pleasantly surprised because that wasn't the case at all. My manicurist worked with me and I love how my nails turned out. She even talked me into a fun accent color for St. Patrick's Day. Know before you go--you get a small discount for paying with cash (basically, there's a small fee to pay with a card), but you can't include your tip on card payments. You can either tip with cash, or my manicurist took Venmo--super easy. I expected to be charged a lot more for my daughter because she picked 2 solid colors with 2 additional glitter colors to put over them. I couldn't believe it when they told me the price for hers--the tip I gave was more than the cost of my daughter's manicure! Also, my manicurist told me not to come in for at least 3 weeks and that I could probably make it even a month. She said that would give my nails some time to grow and the powder should hold up without any chips. Given all of that, the cost of my manicure was more than fair. After having acrylics in the past, as well as gel and shellac manicures, I didn't expect the SNS to be so affordable. They also have a loyalty card so you can earn discounts. I'm looking forward to seeing how my nails hold up over the long run, but in the meantime, I'm very pleased with the quality of service we received, and I'm definitely planning on going back. read more

This place is the opposite of relaxing. It's a harsh environment for a spa treatment. My SNS chipped within 2 days of service and I ended up having to drive out of my way to get it repaired. They have a reward program to get $10 off after 10 visits and wouldn't stamp my card for coming in to get the repair. If they would've done a good job the first time I wouldn't have needed to come back!!! The technician made judgmental comments yet kept saying "I gotchaaaaaa" every few minutes and laughing at my questions. Very annoying. Horrible place and I would not recommend to anyone. I appreciate this salon. I'm from Chicago and visiting OH for the weekend. I'm due to get my nails done at the end of the week but I couldn't wait because I have an event next day in Chicago. Both of my big toes were messed up from wearing closed toe shoes, so I needed them repolished. I was already turned away from one salon but not US Nails. I usually have had always a good experience but this time I decided to have a different technician and I can't believe how bad my nails turned out.So first the guy was rushing me and then he got made Bc he didn't realize I had tips on so he had to put all new tips on then he didn't take off all the previous nail color so he put the new color over the old color and u can see it underneath and then didn't want to fix it. Then he didn't shave down my natural nails and then after the first day the broke. I just don't think I'm gonna go back to this salon read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but this is the worst manicure I have ever had. It felt very rushed. I got shellac on Saturday and they chipped by Monday and looked terrible. It's Wednesday and they are already off. I also got a color I have gotten before that is not a sheer color and they applied such a thin layer that you could still see the white tips on my nails. It also didn't feel very clean. The light used for the manicure was pretty dirty. I also got a pedicure, that was fine. They tried to talk me into SNS powder about 5 times so maybe that's what they specialize in but I wouldn't recommend this place for shellac. read more

I went in to get my first set of SNS. Staff was friendly enough when I walked in. However, two of the employees were loudly arguing with each other which made for an awkward entrance. My nails were on the shorter side and she asked if I wanted to add a little length. Tips were added to only 3 of my nails, making the length completely different all around. On top of that, the technician used the wrong color and also cut my cuticle, causing it to bleed. She was very rushed and nail beds are not even smooth. They do not take credit card tips. My friend had no cash on her. I handed her the cash to pay the tip and my technician kicked me under the table! I was charged $41 for the service. I won't be going back. read more

I went today, a Wednesday, so the middle of the week, only to find a white sheet of printer paper taped to the door. Handwritten on it, it read, "Closed today reopen tomorrow." However, online it says they're open from 9:30a-8:00p on Wednesdays . The other two times I went they were super pushy and refused to put the color SNS I wanted on my nails.. They do a good job and are friendly people. Just have terrible customer service. read more

My first time trying out the salon after hearing about it from a friend. The atmosphere was great, very clean but I was highly dissatisfied with the technician who did my nails. She was rough with my hands, even made my finger bleed when filing/cutting the nail. My nails turned out uneven, a 5 year old could have done a better job. I always recommend this salon to my family and friends. They're super sweet and funny along with great service. I'll get sns with tips put on and my nails look natural and they hold very well. The prices are the same as many places around but the service is amazing. I'll let anyone do my nails and I've never been disappointed. I'm super picky and particular about how my nails are done and how they look and each tech is more than happy to work with me and put in the extra time to make me happy. read more

Have went here since the grand opening. I use to get my pedicures once a month here and loved it. Over the past few months it has went downhill, not getting nice pedicures, having my feet filed until they were raw, and getting ingrown nails. The straw that broke the back, was I went to get my nails done for my wedding in late August, so I decided to get a mani and a pedi and also tried the sns. I usually do not try such things as I have really nice natural nails. However, I was told this was a healthy product and figured I would give it a go since it would last longer for my honeymoon.THIS PRODUCT IS SUPERGLUE and RUINS your nail. I even had the product taken off for $10 at the salon. My nails are now 2 months post sns and my nails are 2 different thicknesses visibly, the part that's growing out, and the thin, brittle nail the product ruined. I can see the ridge go across my nails as they grow out. Yes, the color stays on, but that is bc it is essentially super glue on your nail. It also does not look natural while on. I went today for an SNS manicure. The technician was rude and rough. She tried to make me change my mind on the color I choose because it's "popular". Then she cut me with the clippers. I was still bleeding over 30 minutes later. The tech not only didn't apologize but said "I'm not concerned you're hurt I'm concerned you're going to cut my payment". So rude and poor customer service. In addition the staff was yelling at each other the entire time. Just overall a bad atmosphere. read more

I have been getting my nails done for years and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Within a week I had two nails break. Then when I went to get the second one fixed on a Saturday, they were short staffed and the nail tech Mike yelled at me for touching my nail because he screwed it up. I have been going to SNS nails almost since they opened and have been very pleased! There have been a few times that one of my nails has chipped but they are eager to fix and never charge and won't accept a tip for fixing. I usually have Robert or Summer do my nails but have had others do them and have always had good results. I always make an appointment and they honor that and try to get me in as soon as they can. They are most times very busy and go by the list that you sign in on to distribute the clients and that's why signing in is so important. I have never been pressured to go with a color I didn't like or a kind of pedicure I didn't want. I will keep going here for my SNS nails and hope others will try them too! read more

I have been getting my nails done here since it opened and have been very pleased. Robert and his wife, Summer, do a great job and are very accommodating. I receive many compliments on my nails and have never had a broken or chipped nail. I went to this salon twice the first time was great the tech was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for, the result was a beautiful manicure that lasted 3 weeks. I went back hoping for the best and was excited about my manicure, this is a treat after all and I really look forward to it. My second visit was not so good. I started out with a nice lady tech who I was hoping to end up with I had watched her work while I was waiting and thought she did an awesome job and paid great attention to detail. She started my manicure then sent me to one of the guys, she then began folding towels so I wasn't sure why she didn't preform my service. The gentleman doing my manicure was very rough, and his work was sloppy. He cut me twice with the drill and now my finger is infected. My sns application is uneven with high and low spots, it is also over my cuticles on some nails. Each nail has a different shape, and parts of my nails are missing the clear coat in spots. I will not be coming back here. I wasted my money unfortunately, I had high hopes for this salon. read more
