I was so nervous leaving my little puppy just because I think I have separation anxiety-and she's fairly young, but I was put at ease when I visited. They're so good with the pups and post photos/videos on their IG so you can see the happenings. They're very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The dogs all play nice, and are supervised constantly just so everyone's pet stays safe. It's nice to find a place you feel comfortable and secure leaving your pet. We've used them for day care, and overnight boarding and it's been a pleasant experience each time and we always have a happy pup at pick up :) thank you Pawdorf!

Some staff members vs others will give you a more comprehensive update about what's going on. I was very thankful that when Winston was experiencing an episode of loose stool that they had given him some pumpkin and asked for my permission to give him rice or chicken to help bulk it up. They also gave him some extra cuddles before bedtime, which I was appreciative of. Was not sure if you had any outdoor time which sort of concern me and of course Winston kept hiding in the corner, an area of the camera cuts off, so I wasn't always able to fully see him. When we picked up Winston, he was very tired like some of these reviews say but that is normal considering he probably was on guard as he is in an unfamiliar environment and around other dogs being social, but he was alive, well and not sick and that is truly all you can ask for. Our dog started to show signs of anxiety. We called the vet to get some advice on how to handle. We did classes, at home training, and medication. In the beginning, medication was working well and simple. We followed any orders given to us and asked what more we could do. Over the past year, this place has become a stress inducing mess. His medication refills were not filled properly, they became rude to us and my dog. Whenever we required a refill, there was always push back. They would claim we'd run out quickly and "something seemed off" according to his medical records. I stated how the medication is not filled correctly and we'd never had a problem until recently. This place would make it seem that I was either over medicating my dog or we were using it ourselves. Each visit made it seem like we were doing something wrong. We came up with the solution of prefilled syringes. This was great the first time around until THE VET decided to not continue this. Then we had a problem again and more push back. The communication sucked. We would be told his meds would be done one day, we'd arrive ready to pick them up, and would hear that they never actually put in the meds. Of course that part is not in his medical records. Most of his medical records are them covering their own mistakes up. We decided to go elsewhere and were met with nasty staff, medical records with rude comments and saying we "seemed off". I am truly disgusted with this place and would NEVER recommend it. Whatever advice and tips they gave us, we took. Whatever orders and requests they gave, we did. I'm not sure what happened to this place. We took the meds THEY suggested, administered as they told us, and had issue after issue. This place cares more about money and people they like. My dog is well taken care of and always is up to date on any medical needs. I am so disappointed in this place and hope they either change or shut down.

My 4 month old puppy needed his 5 in one shot plus I wanted a full check up as I only have him a week. We were seen promptly and Dr Greenberg spent a lot of time checking out my puppy. The gentleman my wife spoke with then proceeded to say how we had made several complaints over the past few years. I'm not sure how that was relevant to the inquiry. He said he would call back to see if he could still board the dogs but has not done so. Needless to say, it obvious they are not concerned about keeping us as clients so we will look elsewhere.
