I specifically asked the doctor if they were OK. ?? He listened to her heart and said she had no heart murmur. How does she have a heart murmur now ?? How are her teeth suddenly in need of a cleaning when I specifically asked the Doctor about her teeth and he said they were fine - give her a frozen bagel to chew on he told me . She is socialized safely with other pups of size and temperament and constantly monitored by observant staff. Some staff members vs others will give you a more comprehensive update about what's going on. I was very thankful that when Winston was experiencing an episode of loose stool that they had given him some pumpkin and asked for my permission to give him rice or chicken to help bulk it up. They also gave him some extra cuddles before bedtime, which I was appreciative of. Was not sure if you had any outdoor time which sort of concern me and of course Winston kept hiding in the corner, an area of the camera cuts off, so I wasn't always able to fully see him. When we picked up Winston, he was very tired like some of these reviews say but that is normal considering he probably was on guard as he is in an unfamiliar environment and around other dogs being social, but he was alive, well and not sick and that is truly all you can ask for. In May, my wife made a reservation to board our two dogs for a week in August. Earlier today, my wife called to confirm and was told they did not have the reservation. The gentleman my wife spoke with then proceeded to say how we had made several complaints over the past few years. I'm not sure how that was relevant to the inquiry. He said he would call back to see if he could still board the dogs but has not done so. Needless to say, it obvious they are not concerned about keeping us as clients so we will look elsewhere. I know the ownership of this establishment has changed over the years. Unfortunately, not for the better.
