The staff was friendly up until the point that we were getting ready to leave. We stayed a little past closing (5 minutes) and said that we would be out of there soon. The waitress (Pam was her name I think) came slamming glasses together as she cleaned our table. As she walked away she was cussing, however we didn't know fully what she said. Once we left we decided to stop in the parking lot for a cigarette. She then came outside and said "ya'll get f***ed don't come back b****es". This was verbatim. Myself and a friend went inside to talk to the manager and proceeded to get cussed out by this individual while the manager was there. He continuously stated that it was going to get addressed on Monday, however she continued to talk over him. He then proceeded to defend his employee and her actions due to the fact that we stayed to finish our drinks (that we payed for) a little after closing. Not sure what type of organization is being ran there, but this was extremely uncalled for and beyond professional. Thankfully I'm TDY here for only another month. I feel bad that the manager has to deal with this level of insubordination from his employee's. He seemed like a swell guy, but unfortunately wasn't able to keep his employee from opening her mouth as she continued to cuss us out. I'm normally an understanding person and would sympathize with them due to the fact that we stayed a little past closing. I even displayed moderate sympathy while confronting the manager about this issue, but still continued to get disrespected. This issue will definitely get brought to our commandant's attention and whomever else it needs to get this issue resolved. They ordered so much food and drinks. I had a double shot of whiskey in honor of Charlie Kirk who had recently been killed. Later I brought the strike wrath upon my brother as payback for all the holes-in-one he had in golf. The restrooms were not super clean. The parking was free and easy. I recommend a fun card for the kids. They can swipe and go at each game plus view their balance easily. Keep the card because it saves you $3 per card with activation. I think I put $51 on each card.

On Saturday after 6pm bowling is almost $9/person/game and then you pay $5.50 for shoes! That's absurd! And then we had to wait an hour for a lane. We could have reserved it, but it's $120/lane for 2.5 hours. WHAT?! FOOD: When I went on a week night, I got a quesadilla which tasted super great - after I picked out the coarsely chopped green bell pepper chunks. These things were so big they could have been a choking hazard! Like they just didn't even care. Otherwise it tasted great. When I went this passed Saturday, I wanted to order some food, but it was so busy they said food would take about an hour. An HOUR??! What are y'all making? A 3 Michelin Star meal?! No? so WHY is it going to take so long? And why is the food almost Airport prices?! In essence, I need to be with a group of fun people and REALLY want to go bowling to be able to ignore the waiting and the prices.

With regards to Midland in particular, tonight we encountered a young man named James in the prize room of the arcade. Are you listening Cinergy? This guy NEEDS to be your Supervisor as of at least YESTERDAY!!!! One of our favorite ways to rack up points is the Wizard of Oz coin drop game. We are very familiar with how to redeem the coins/cards and add them to our family central points card. However, many members of the Midland team have been simply (I hate to say it but I have to be honest) too lazy to read the simple instructions of sliding the player card, inserting won coins/cards, and then sliding the player card once more to transfer the points to it. Instead, even your higher level supervisors were missing the initial sliding of the player's individual card and claiming that the machine to do it yourself was just "constantly broken." But James instead showed how this step was missed regularly so we could do it ourselves instead of everyone counting on the ONE guy in the prize room to do EVERYTHING for them, causing a massive backlog with frustrated customers! And he did it with a giant smile and award-level customer service! Take it from someone who has been the founder of several companies: THIS is the guy you want to promote from within and hold onto!!!
