Then they realize I am not a Verizon customer, that is why the system does not see my number. HOW STUPID!!! After that, they did not scan in the death certificate because there was "outstanding equipment." Why didn't the call service rep tell me this? I had explained that my brother was totally digital with his bills, and he left no passwords for me to access his computer. It is bad enough dealing with an unexpected death, but to be given the runaround like this is unacceptable.
