I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

While trying to understand how to make it work with the available printer, I asked a few questions--mainly about layout and how many cards could fit per sheet of paper. The approach I originally had in mind wasn't compatible with their setup, so I was simply trying to brainstorm a workable alternative. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Unfortunately, based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend using this business.

He or she chooses the house at random, and most of the time none of the packages are for the residents at that address. We end up delivering each others' packages. This isn't a one-time occurrence, it's EVERY delivery. FedEx conveniently doesn't provide any means of feedback, nor do they ever ask for a service review. Clearly, this type of behavior for their drivers is acceptable to them. I have stopped ordering from vendors who use FedEx delivery whenever possible. However, this isn't always an option. I report to every vendor who uses FedEx how awful their delivery services are, and hopefully the vendors will stop using them. The value for FedEx service is less than zero. I hope the powers that be somehow get this review and take action. This may just be one rogue driver who isn't being reported. He or she dumps packages and speeds away from our neighborhood so quickly that no one has been able to get a good look at them.
