Good for the price, 1 basic car wash and 1 interior detailed. This always happens, never catch everything on first inspection but of course once the guy leaves you always find things. Car wash, bugs are still smeared on both headlights, sand still caught in between door/rubber door jams, finger prints on fender from tire dressing. Very minor things. 2nd car which had interior detailed had water still trapped where the gas/trunk release was located, soiled spot on seat (just needs a little bit more elbow grease to remove soiled spot). Overall not perfect but still happy with the overall quality of work. Would use them again, just need to pay more attention to the little details. read more

these guys did an amazing job! They detailed inside and out to my 07 Honda Accord....I had bbq spills,and juice spills that I thought it was hard to come off.. was I wrong! I asked for a quote for what needs to be done and they gave me a reasonable price, set an appointment with no problem at all. I made my appt for a car wash on line for 3 PM today. At 3:19 I called and Matt had admittedly lost track of time on his last appt. forgot about his 3 PM. But he was here at 4 PM to wash/clean my car in....23 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast he did my car and how clean it was. He did not charge me because he was late. Matt came out to my house in Temecula pretty much as soon as he got my call, amidst heavy rain, to detail the interior of my mid sized GMC SUV in my garage. It had some vomit from a party night gone wrong (that I had mostly cleaned out but hadn't entirely) & a lot of dirt in the carpets from having two small children. I hadn't disclosed the level of cleaning that needed to be done while on the phone and upon arrival, Matt was professional & very nice enough to not charge me a hazardous waste fee since he had quoted me differently. He left the inside of the car looking brand new & did great work in a speedy manner, keeping in mind I needed to pick up my son from school soon. I had my car detailed yesterday, we did the platinum detail and they did SUCH an amazing job! They said it would be about 3 hours to finish it and the guy (I cannot for the life of me remember his name, sorry!) Was there for almost 4, I love the fact that he didn't try to rush the service to fit his 3 hour window, he took his time and did the job properly. There is not a spec of dirt left on that car anywhere! And under the hood is as clean as its ever been, we are getting my husband's car done next month and will be going back to so cal for that as well! read more

TERRIBLE!! The Yahoo reviews must be written by friends or family of the owners. Their prices are lower than other mobile detailing services but NOT WORTH IT! Pay the extra money for quality. My car was in worse shape after the detail then before. The floor mats were left filthy but soaking wet. Everything felt greasy and any small space or "crevasse" went completely untouched! My car still smells like a dirty sock inside and it has been a couple weeks already. I leave the windows open each day. My husband and I now will have to spend this weekend cleaning up their mess! When I got in my car over 24 HOURS LATER, I didn't realize how sopping wet and filthy the carpet was so I set my Bose music player (in it's case) down on the floor in front of the center console and when I picked it up my white case was ruined and there was condensation on the player itself! read more

The appointment was super easy to make, they sent me a reminder, they were 15 minutes late but sent me a text 30 minutes earlier to let me know and gave me the option to reschedule if necessary. We had an interior detailing only, and it looks great! He even shampooed all of the floor mats. Very detail oriented! It was nice that everything he needed was in the truck, including all the water. Had them out to do a paint correction and platinum detail on a 2016 Tundra. The truck was already super clean and in very good condition but i wanted the minor 'cob webs' removed. I was just going to do the paint correction but decided to add the platinum detail since they were already going to be there. They came out and spent a couple hours on the job but didn't remove or see any difference at all after the paint correction. The truck did look pretty clean after the detailing but the windows were left a mess. They appeared to be in a sort of rush. They came back out a second time (the reason for the 2 stars) to try and correct the paint again but apparently they couldn't (I plant to have it taken care of elsewhere). The windows still had a film of some sort on them so I ended up cleaning them myself, not something I would expect to do after paying for their services. I will not be using them again in the future and will not recommend them either. read more
