Felt is super poor quality. After first day its already has a great deal of lint and fuzz balls everywhere. I tried messaging them and of course no response. As soon as they take your money you dont hear a thing... I was kind enough to even offer to pay for the better felt. Bad business. Make sure you ask for Simonis felt because the one they have is super cheap. And ironically there is no labels on anything the pool supplies or the table. Makes me wonder if this is all poor quality materials... Highly dissappointed purchase because I wasnt taken care of as soon as I rasied a concern after payment.. Let me say right off the bat that this store is in a house, which made me think the whole thing might be some kind of scam. It wasn't. As soon as I started talking to Fred I could tell that he was someone I could trust. His prices are the cheapest around, so I was expecting crappy service (the Walmart Syndrome) with the delivery and set up. Fred and the guy who came with him did a lot of work (the delivery and set up was free!), and when they were done the table was perfect, at a price that was about $1500 less than anywhere else.
