It was under the 10 freeway and close to the entrance. It was getting dark and only had two flares. I took to yelp to find a tow service near buy and found Andy's towing. Luckily he answered and he said he could be at my location in 10 minutes! Andy arrived and I was saved! I was originally going to tow the car to my parents house and figure it out in the morning but in the car ride I asked Andy if he knew any reliable mechanics that worked on BWMs. He said yes my friend at Thong's Auto. He called him up and he said he's be able to fix my car! Ended up towing the car to the shop. Turned out to be excessive wear and tear on the rear axle. Andy's tow was an extremely reasonably price and he provided immense value in leading me to Thong's Auto. I got my car back in 6 days! They responded immediately even though it was now past 8PM! They took down my information and arrived within only TWENTY MINUTES! I was so happy! Their communication was EXCELLENT. They kept me updated through text messages during the short time in between while the tow truck was arriving. They provided all the answers to the questions I had and help ensure I had a receipt to get reimbursed by my insurance company. Their service was above and beyond. The very next day, I called them back to tow me to CarMax and the same driver came out. He was super friendly and helpful.
