Dr. Yoong is truly incredible. He has such a calm, kind, and patient approach that makes kids (and now teens!) feel completely at ease. At my first visit, I clearly stated I needed an endodontist, only to be told after the appointment that they didn't even have one AFTER they took X-rays and went thru with a whole exam so I left in pain with no treatment. But they did randomly ask my insurance for a deep cleaning that wasn't discussed at my appointment because that wasn't what I was there for. I've been rescheduled multiple times since. At my most recent appointment (12:00 PM), they told me the wait would be "about an hour," so I stayed and rearranged work. Instead, I waited over 3 hours. I had to take the day off initially from my first job to even make this appointment and I told them that I needed to make sure that I was out of there by three because I needed to be at my second job at 3:30. They later called asking if I was still in the parking lot for my original appointment time at freaking 3:18. Lmfao I sat in my car w tears, still in pain, cause was told my situation and pain "wasn't severe enough." The lack of communication, organization, and basic compassion is unacceptable. Especially for someone that has been coming in trying to get the pain to go away for three months and you just sent them home every time. I would not recommend this office to a soul.

After checking in, we never had to wait long before we are called in. The office itself is very clean and kid friendly. I was honestly amazed at the office size. My daughter has had a few cleanings as well as one cavity fill here. Her cavity fill was fast and thorough and the one who did it was very informative and worked with her to make sure she was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards, they always let her have a lollipop (very on brand of course) and a balloon of her choice. Other than that, we've always had a positive experience here. Considering most kids are afraid if the dentist, they ensure to educate and make the experience comfortable for both parents and kids. I'd highly recommend the office!

Totally valid, and agreed to schedule after school was out. We schedule for 6/22. So far so good. 6/11, the office calls and says your insurance is invalid. Impossible, so I confirm the insurance. They don't have the updated one. Then I was told we need to reschedule due to not enough time to get insurance approval etc. Not my finest moment, I made a lot of arrangements to take that day off, have an additional day off, and get babysitting arrangements in order. I absolutely used my stern voice and said we have 11 days before the surgery, figure it out. Fast forward to 6/22, today. We get a call at 9 am the surgery got pushed back to 11 am. No worries, we can adjust our time. Ok we come in at 1100, sign papers and waiting for our turn. It's been 1 hour and 10 minutes since the time we needed to be here and the surgery start time. NOT 1 PERSON HAS APPROACHED ME TO PROVIDE AND UPDATE ON THE DEALY. I asked about an update 20 minutes ago. They've spoken to every single person here besides me. I am Muslim, and the only Muslim here. Did my mind automatically go there, absolutely! Why? Because no one is coming to talk to us. NO ONE. After today, we are never coming to any of the locations. Absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate. To my Muslim community, please be aware.

Unfortunately, as it does happen, my last molar was a root canal & the crown broke off. The person who did it for me years ago wasn't in the field anymore (or didn't want to take responsibility, consider it a bullet dodged) so Dr. Hanna had me seen by Dr. Farzin. Together he came up with a treatment plan for me which included extracting the tooth. Now, that was an ordeal for me because I'm a Nervous Natalie, but he is efficient & thorough in how he works. Yes, extractions aren't exactly fun, but it was not a long or drawn out procedure & I healed well. Fast forward to a few weeks ago where it was time to put in the post for my new tooth. This included a special scan so that he can study & create a method that is precise & quick. I was really impressed at how quickly the procedure was, & yes, although I worried, it was really for nothing. While we wait for healing & for the actual new tooth to be installed, I am currently healing well & will return for a routine x-ray to check on how it's settling in. I really think that Dr. Farzin deserves a special place here within my reviews. For anyone who is nervous with dental things, you're really in good hands at this office with the entire staff.
