Atmosphere is great, service is great and food is usually very good! I can't think of anything else to say but yelp wanted me to add words.

Located in Aggieville (off-campus of K-State, heart of Manhattan), this place was packed on game day (right up until kickoff, when everyone must have gone to the game). A Yelp check in gets you a free appetizer of raspberry bean dip which tasted absolutely incredible. I never would have thought to put raspberry with beans... but I am so glad that we tried it. Most of the other tables had it too, meaning it must be a well-known hit for everyone! Servers were friendly and it was great to see Old Milwaukee on tap! The peanut butter burger was one of the best I've ever had (And I've had a lot...) The aloha burger was decent but nothing over the top. Only giving it three stars because I like to see places that are conscious of reducing their waste and, well, everything was served in plastic (beers and water). Would love to see this changed to keep up with the trend. read more

If I could give 3.5 I would because the food is amazing but just keep reading. This place is super super SUPER delicious! - I ordered their special, "mr.pickle" it's a 4 cheese grilled cheese with ham and deep fried pickles. It was AMAZING. - They have lots of fun and different options which is nice for this fairly boring area, they have things like a "Peanut butter burger" which my husband got and loved. - I give 4 star because it's super tiny, and very loud. The bartender was super nice too. It's a place that I liked but would have a hard time wanting to back because of the atmosphere and how cramped it is, really makes for an uncomfortable dinner. - It's also a littttttllllleee pricey considering quacamole and chips was 8.50 and the guacamole was very bland. The atmosphere is unique with skeletons & old school vintage Nashville art & sayings. Literally....Everything is good on the menu! Check in on Yelp and get their world famous Raspberry bean dip (caution you WILL crave this)! The Bird is my absolute favorite. Chicken breast on Texas toast with all the fixins' and you must try the potato salad and Fried pickles. They have your App out in about 5-10 mins and your food out shortly after you finish your app. Service is always fast but efficient. Try a "Nancy" beer, you won't be disappointed. The only downside is the size of the restaurant and the wait time. Although the staff did a good job getting us started with drinks while we waited. For an appetizer the chipotle raspberry and black bean dip is surprisingly good. The green chili cheese burger and onion rings were good. The buffalo burger was slightly overlooked. read more

Stopped by on a Thursday night in the summer and tried the Nancy which was awesome! Bartender was super nice and chatted with us for a while. We went back Saturday during the day to try the food which was awesome!! Chipotle Raspberry bean dip is the way to go! Also got a fish taco that was delish. We went back later that night to see the amazing bartender that we met thursday. He sat and talked with us (he wasn't working that night). This place is a must if you are in Manhattan! Been living in Manhattan for five years now and this place is still hands down the best burger and fries you can get here! The restaurant is in Aggieville which is the "downtown area" for college students so expect long wait times especially since the restaurant is tiny! While waiting make sure to order a Nancy, a so long staple, if you feel like living on the edge i suggest the pirate Nancy (old Milwaukee, pineapple, and rum) so good! Once you get a seat you have to order the blackbean raspberry dip it may sounds weird but I am being so serious when I say it will change your life! It is a Manhattan staple and a must have! The bacon cheeseburger and fries is amazing and like I said its the best I've had in town. The service can vary but usually every experience I have had there is good! read more

The fries were stale and cold, like they had been sitting out all day. The food left a bad taste in my mouth and made my stomach turn a bit. I came here with my daughter, one of her sorority sisters and her mom. It is owned by the same people that own Taco Lucha and they serve the same wonderful raspberry, black bean dip. However, the chips were kind of stale here. It didn't stop us from eating it, though....... i had the BLT, my daughter had the taco salad and our friends had chicken sandwiches (The Bird). My BLT was on thick toasted/grilled wheat bread, the lettuce was fresh and the bacon was cooked well, but it was a bit crumbly. The tomatoes were fresh, but there could have been a couple of more slices. I had a side of french fries. They were fine, but next time I will pay $2 more for a side salad. My daughter really like her taco salad, it had chili on it, but her taco salad shell was too well done to eat. Our friends really liked their chicken sandwiches. They were on the same kind of bread as my BLT. Also, this bar/restaurant is small but very cozy. It has a beautiful wooden bar with a huge mirror and interesting plaques and pictures on the walls. We got there around 5:30 on a Saturday and sat right down. When we left, there were many people waiting. The service was very efficient. I'll definitely be back again.
