I've been going to Dr. So's optometry for at least 6 - 7 years now and it is absolutely the best for glasses, contacts and eyewear. Everyone is always super attentive and friendly, especially Phillip and Dr. So provides quick and to-the-point check ups every time. The first time I requested for contacts, I was noticeably very nervous. At this point, I couldn't even put in eye drops because my eyes would blink uncontrollable at any approaching object. Magically, Dr. So was able to put my contacts in without me even noticing and ever since then, I've been happily using contacts problem-free! There's a bit of a learning curve to placing and removing contacts; however, the staff allowed me to stay at the office to practice for hours and even taught me multiple methods to removal! I have now been using contacts for over 4 years with no issues. My entire family goes to Dr. So's and we are always excited to see Phillip as he is always amazingly attentive and always offers the best choices in eye wear fashion, even while on a budget! He provides excellent service in communicating to all the clients, getting the best deals, and showcasing stylish glasses most fitted for you. Dr. So was the first Optometrist I've been to ever since I was a kid and I'm glad I came here. I was very disappointed to learn I would need glasses but Dr. So made it so easy for me. Their eye exams are the best value you will find anywhere but in no way is the quality compromised. He was very professional and upfront with my vision needs. His staff is also just as great as he is. Jan, Phillip, and Cindy were awesome in helping me find the right frames. I had to go back several times because the frames were not fitting perfectly but they didnt charge me anything extra for the numerous times I needed help with my frames. I have been seeing Dr. So for over 10 years. He and is staff are excellent. He will take his time during the exam to make sure you are comfortable and gives you time to pick the correct lens for your prescription. He will go over your prescription and let you know what is actually going on with you eyes. My children also see Dr. So and with my one daughter having to see him every 6 months due to myopia he helps us determine whether she needs to change her prescription or hold off for a bit. In others words he isn't pushing us to buy glasses that are not needed. His staff are wonderful in helping pick out your new frames and their selection is fantastic. Dr. So has been my optometrist for well over a decade. I stick with him because he and Phillip speak honestly about my vision and my options. Should we update to my new full prescription or stay with my current prescription? Dr. Jimmy So will make and explain a recommendation, but he maintains an environment where it is comfortable for me to make a different decision. Phillip has always been helpful and kind with anything I've needed before and after the prescription from finding frames to trying to answer every kind of question I've had about my glasses and contacts. Dr. So is great! I had been going to another Optometrist and was so happy when I gave Dr. So a try. He told me I had an eye infection that appeared to be going on for a while but my old Optometrist never told me - I had the problem, he told me how to treat it with out medication and my eyes have never been better. They were so warm friendly and very welcoming, and I wasn't even a patient at the time. Sooner than later my wife mentioned to me she needed to see an optometrist. Clean, friendly, local, and well lit. Our whole family uses Dr. So after my husband had such a welcoming and thorough visit getting his contact lenses. I've been going to this same eye doctor for the past 6 years. The staff there is really great they really know what they're doing and when they are doing their work they make sure they inform you of what is going on, so that you're never left in the dark.
