Gave them another chance went back no brushes still I talked to the person working and still washing cars..taking people's money not saying a word to anyone! We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! They are located next door to White Castle. This is a newer location that you do not have to navigate and align your tires into the metal grooves to get your car washed! They have multiple drive-up lines that move quickly. If you are a member of the Jax Unlimited Club, it reads your license plate and with a few screen taps you are on your way. The gate will raise when the previous cars clear a specific point. This also keeps the cars in arrival order. I love that! The Unlimited Club allows me to be a good steward of my car and I get my car washed as often as I like for a low monthly fee that is less than a dollar a day. They have optional FREE towel drying by their team and FREE self vacuuming. Clean towels are also available for you to dry your car yourself. Tipping is not expected or required. However, tips are split between the production team members and are gladly appreciated. There are many lanes for vacuuming just look for the blue hoses. The vacuum area also has air hose pistols to get those pesky leaves trapped between your hood and windshield. The area also includes a place to hang your mats while vacuuming them and trash cans. The other perks of this location is the floor mat cleaning area. They have a sink complete with cleaner and a scrubber plus a machine to clean your floor mats.
