I was…read morequoted $149 for an interior detailing as seen in the photo below, and after answering all the same questions for someone on the phone I was charged $179.99 without any explanation as to why. I was running late to drop off my car due to a work emergency and when I called the DetailXPerts phone number and pressed 0 for an emergency or an operator as directed on the line to let the tech know I was running late the line just kept circling back around to the menu and I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I was also told to leave the parking ticket for the garage in my car and the tech informed me "we'll take care of that for yo." But when I went to leave the garage and put the ticket (that I had left in view in my car next to my gear shift), it was not validated and I had to pay $35 to get out. They did a fairly good job on the inside of my car, but not $215 worth.

Waited about 25 minutes and the staff was inside my car laughing and joking with my car no where close to finished. I demanded my money back when they put the mat back in my car still completely dirty and they would only give me $5, saying they did work on my car...hardly. No one in line in front of me and 25 minutes later and still not done? Could have done it myself. This place basically robbed me. Never go!
