Very disappointed! I drove here from La Jolla, CA for a family emergency and my BMW was dirty from the road trip on top of the fur from my Husky being everywhere. First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned. read more

Been sitting in line for 16 minutes. There are 3 guys sitting on the bench laughing it up, 3 more people talking to the line of cars waiting to get in and just ONE guy busting his butt spraying down cars and running them through the car wash. Why did it take the car in front of me to wave "management" over and say HELP THIS GUY?! I never get my dirty TRUCK prewashed ever before getting sent through. Is this what a $40/mo wash club gets you?? read more

I'm an unlimited club member, so I use Jax at least 3x a week. Today, I chose the OG Royal oak at 11/WW and was greeted by Rob so I decided to write this review. I've come here countless times so it's only fair I give this guy the kudos he deserves. Every single time I pull up and Rob is on the line, I am pleasantly greeted by him! He helps with the kiosk, has an uplifting attitude, and his kindness just makes my day each time. I probably wouldn't have ever signed up for unlimited last year had he not had such a stellar and consistent demeanor. read more

This is what you're gonna expect from a Detroit area car wash, so just be happy that your car was "washed". Forget the days of living in L.A. where even the crappy car washes were a 100 times better than this dump and yet costed less. Forget those days. And careful pulling out onto Woodward as this joint lets right out into 50 mile per hour traffic read more

Ok Super Car Wash~ you're baaaaack!!! Just had an amazing car wash there and it looked like the "old" crew was back. Basically washed my car before I even went thru the car wash!! I am so disappointed. Super has been my preferred car wash for years. Today, however, was a waste of my time and money. I had a platinum wash coupon from a coupon book we'd purchased awhile back, but I specified that I didn't want the underbody portion of the wash (I have an oil-based undercoating). Fine, he said; they would accommodate me. I proceeded through the wash with my car. At the end, I asked the man with the touch-up rag and drying towel to please get the lower portion of the doors and fenders. He appeared to do so, and I gave him a decent tip and drove off. However, when I pulled over down the street to give the car a look, it was obvious that the employee had done very little with the lower body (still all kinds of surface dirt), and grime from the rag was smeared on the body surface in a couple places. I had to finish the job at home, myself. You know, I wasn't expecting a full detail, but that was a substandard car wash. The one good thing about Super is that they have free vacuums so you can clean your interior before going through the wash. Sadly, I probably won't be going back now; guess I'll try Jax. read more

I paid 10 dollars for the car wash + tire shine. Received no tire shine, the men working were not helpful, and the wash was terrible. It was barely worth a dollar. I had to come home and wash my car myself. For $10 they should know to lift up the wiper blades to wipe under them. read more

I was a client for 2+ years, I took my truck and their machinery scuffed my black paint. I met with the owner, he negated the proof and declined to help me cover the cost. He blamed a car mirror for hitting my truck (scuff was 14" long and I've never seen a mirror that long). I told him I only wanted what was fair provided to me, but he seemed he could care less losing a long time client. Please try wishing your vehicle elsewhere as they have no urgency in addressing customer concerns. read more

Cramming cars in like sardines doesn't make for a good thorough wash and that's exactly what they did today! I watched the guys drying my car literally swirling the dirt around on my back window! Only when I asked them did they offer another run through. Then the owner who I met on the other end was a real jerk about me going through again. I sure miss the old ownership. Doesn't use enough water to wash the soap off the car. Car has soap on it every time. Will be going somewhere else next time.

I get free vouchers for here when I get my oil changed at the Valvoline down the street. Line isn't super fast, but not terrible to get through. Car comes out pretty clean and they hand dry on your way out. read more

My poor Florida car is not use to Michigan winters here! On top of it, it's a white car! So now that it's been sunny for two days in a row and no chance of snow for at least a week I decide it's time for a car wash! This is right by work so it was convenient! $4.99 is the basic wash and then it goes up $7, $8,$10,$12. I got the $10 wash. It was like an assembly line today, but it got off I would say 95% of the sludge! Is it the best car wash I've ever been to, no. But it was super fast even with the long line and my car is clean so I'm happy. I'm 99% sure it's CASH ONLY! And they have free vacuums to use as well. read more

The quality of the wash is average. The reason I will never go back to this car wash is because it's not worth getting my car in an accident. Two of the past two times the customers were too immature and childish to wait in two separate lines to get their car washed. You pull up to the car wash and it states to form 2 lines (the car wash is small and two lines is a way to get more cars to fit for more business $$$). So you may get in line before the car in the line next to you but that car won't let you go. So what's happened twice (once to me and the other time to a car ahead of me) is the impatient and rude customer will tailgate the car ahead of them to not let you go. One time a guy got out if his car and was cursing at the car next to him bc he wanted to go next. So he tailgated the car ahead. It was so bad that the car that was getting tailgated rolled his window down to warn the two cars behind him to not hit his car. I told one of the workers (one who was collecting payment) about this and the risk of getting in an accident and he replied "people need to grow up." Maybe he didn't own the place but that is not a response I expect from a professional business. So, if you want an average car wash where the customers are impatient and rude and your chances of getting in an accident are almost 100% then this is the car wash for you. read more

Solid wash. I recommend the Ultimate. Whatever kind of triple shine spray they use is pretty effective. I have gotten compliments several days after a wash about how clean it looks. The guys also do a better than average job with the pre scrub too. There's a petty nice discount if you buy a book of washes. read more
