First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.

We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! Just so you can get a proper under body wash to knock out all that salt from the undercarriage. That particular wash is priced at $10 here. They are two kinds of vacuums at each station -- the wide flat paddle, and the narrow tube. Some users reported the prices were a little high, but I never thought that. It's $12 for a mid-level wash (the one that includes the undercarriage). I love that they accept credit cards! No quarters needed! Hallelujah! they were even able to accommodate my bike rack. They said they can handle all types of racks and trailers. Just let them know prior to beginning the automated part. At the end of the wash, there are people who will dry your car off with towels. All the employees are very nice and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with a couple of special requests. I highly recommend!

I figured I'd have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up.
