The amount of satisfaction I got from watching him handle that long hose should probably stay between us.

586 Tint Factory will always get my business for every vehicle I own…read more Sean and his entire team provide the kind of customer service that is hard to find. When I first reached out online, I was unsure what type of tint I wanted and whether I wanted to go as dark as 5%. Instead of pressuring me into anything, Sean told me to come in so he could personally show me the differences between ceramic tint and the other options. The technicians were just as helpful. They showed me tint on their own personal vehicles, shared their honest opinions, and helped me understand exactly what I was getting. I originally knew I wanted 5% on the back of my Toyota Camry, which I use for Uber, but I was hesitant about doing the front windows that dark. After seeing everything in person, I decided to go with it--and I have loved it ever since. The tint looks amazing, the quality is excellent, and the car photographs beautifully. Sean also went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a Thursday morning so my brand-new Camry would be ready for Opening Day. Now, before leaving for another trip, I needed my front windshield done while working around several appointments. Once again, Sean found a way to squeeze me in. That level of service is why I came back and why I will continue coming back. From Sean to every technician in the shop, the whole experience was knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and well-crafted from beginning to end. They do not just install tint--they make sure you understand your options and feel confident in your decision. Any car I own from this point forward is going to 586 Tint Factory. They have earned a customer for life.

I Googled "PPF and ceramic near me" and that's how I found 596 Tint Factory. Within minutes, Shawn…read more(the owner) personally texted me. From the very first conversation, he walked me through the entire process -- what to expect, timelines, options -- no pressure, just straight, knowledgeable guidance. He was personable, patient, and genuinely cared about doing it right. Even more impressive? He was able to squeeze me in the same day. If you know anything about high-end tint/PPF shops, that's rare -- especially for a place this busy. They kept the car for two days to complete ceramic coating and front clip PPF, and when I picked it up... I was honestly blown away. The gloss was unreal. It looked way better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The depth, the shine -- next level. I'll be honest -- I've never paid for a service like this before. I questioned whether it was "worth it." It absolutely is. Every penny. Beyond the results, the customer experience was top-tier. Communication was fantastic the entire time. The shop is spotless, organized, and family-friendly. The team clearly knows what they're doing and takes pride in their craft. You can tell this isn't just a job for them -- it's reputation and passion. Shawn and the team -- I truly cannot thank you enough. If you're on the fence about PPF or ceramic, stop researching and just call them.

I got on Dec 1, 2025. They are a rip-off and do not apply the warranty for anything. The first time when the Check Engine Light came on and the truck stopped on the highway, I think in January or February 2026. It's a 2023 Chevrolet Colorado WT. It cost me $1,040.22 for a battery and 2 light bulbs and they would not pay a penny from the Warranty, so I had to pay out of pocket. And for the 2nd time the truck has broken down again, the Check Engine Light came on and the truck was in the shop at the dealership - Aggieland Chevrolet for a week. They say it was a sensor that needed cleaning. Well, guess what? I tried using the Extended Warranty and as last time it was denied again. This time I had to pay $500 out of pocket July 31, 2026. I would like a refund of all the premiums that I have paid in, $2,016.00? Why have a Warranty if it's not going to pay for repairs? I'm a retired USAF 100% disabled Veteran and cannot be affording all of these truck repair bills. 1st I was screwed over by CarShield and now Ron Craft Chevrolet & Fidelity Warranty, who is through Courtesy Insurance Company. I guess that I need to try Endurance and see how they work out? Courtesy Insurance Company has not responded to the BBB or myself in the last month because they are scared and guilty. Today is September 1, 2026.
