I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

Probably not, but if you're in a hurry and just wanna get the dust-storm remnants cleared away, this option can't be beat. Otherwise, choose from one of the other pricing from yester-year options of $6 (Deluxe), $8 (Premium), and $10 (Ultimate) at the drive-up kiosk for the touchless automatic wash, tap your phone to pay, and be in & out in just a few minutes. If you like to get a more customized & thorough wash, you can also use one of the DIY bays where you get out & spray or scrub every nook & cranny. I didn't try this option, so I'm not sure about those prices. With either option, vacuum service is included. The vacuums with fine suction are in back of the property, where you'll also find an impressive selection of food trucks (Deccan Spice Kitchen, Indian Street Byte, El Sabor del Taco, Don Pepito Latin Food) and some nice, shaded patio seating. First of all shout out to Miguel and the lady writing tickets on Sunday July 5th. 5 stars to to…read morethem both. Please forgive me I did not get her name. I'm not happy with myself about that. She and Miguel were extremely nice and very professional when it came to getting the job done correctly. I came in at 12 (per my appointment) and asked for an exterior wash and an interior detailing. I received a text at 2:04 that my jeep was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed well if at all. I also noticed sand still on the floors and mud that was still on the outside. One gentleman took my vehicle back to the detailing spot and asked a couple of guys to blow out the back. I decided to take a towel that I had in my vehicle and start going over other places they missed. I step to the back and ask them about cleaning something on the inside and that's when an employee thought it would be appropriate to ask me if I thought my vehicle looks better than it did when I brought it in? Then he proceeds to tell me that not everything can be fixed. About that time Miguel walked up and asked me if everything was ok. After explaining everything from the vehicle not looking good to the employee who wanted to argue with me. Miguel immediately stepped in and took charge and told me my vehicle would not leave until it's truly ready. He did it too. Finally after almost 3 hours after telling me it was ready I was satisfied with what I feel should have been done the first time and pulled out of their lot around 4:45-4:50. Miguel and the lady writing wash tickets truly made me feel heard and seen when it came to my vehicle. Had they not I would have been demanding a refund. Thank you both for actually taking time out of your extremely busy day to make sure I left satisfied. I know it was a busy and hot day however I want both of y'all to know that it did not go unnoticed. I noticed both of y'all's professionalism, caring and respect. I did the 3 stars for the quality of work that was or wasn't done on my vehicle and the employees attitude.

There was a car…read morein the automatic wash so I pulled in behind and paid for the most expensive wash (I can't remember what it was called) I think it was $12. When the car ahead of me was done they pulled out and stopped, got out and checked their car and I was like, uh oh. So they drove off and then I pulled in. I could tell right away what the issue was. I'm guessing the machine works on sensors to detect how wide and tall the vehicle is, and adjusts accordingly, if that's the case, it explains why the rollers barely touched the front driver and passenger side doors, because the machine probably sensed the side mirrors and extrapolated that width for the whole front seat portion of the car. I had to wash the front driver and passenger side doors when I got home. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but it's definitely an issue. The rest of the car was pretty clean.
