It was such a relief to not be up sold or to be told I needed a ton of things that were unnecessary. You can tell they are honest and good people. They now charge $35+3% cc fee to change your oil IF you bring your own oil and filter. In 2022 it was $20. So approximately $72 for a full-synthetic oil change if you provide everything. WM charges $54.88 and that includes oil, filter and labor for full-synthetic oil change. It also appears to be slightly more expensive to bring your own now than use their's which makes no sense. This place is sadly no longer a good deal. read more

I get synthetic oil in my car but I don't drive very much, and Freddy has even told me after checking it that my oil was still fine and I didn't need to have it changed yet. Exactly what you need a quick lube place to be. Good for common domestic and imported cars. Don't take a Porsche here but do take a Subaru. Don't take an old Alfa Romeo but do take a Chevy Traverse. The Good: :: they are a local business :: they changed the oil pretty quickly The Bad: :: the waiting room is really small and cramped and kind of gross The Ugly: :: one of the guys told me their tire gauge wasn't working when I asked him to check out my tires and add air, so I left him my nice $50 tire gauge to use on the front passenger seat. after they took my car in to service for an oil change, I checked in the front seat for it and couldn't find it. In fact, couldn't find it anywhere in the car. I asked around and they were all no, no one used it or took it. I asked if anyone on the street could have walked by and taken it and they said no, no one has had access to the car. The nice tire gauge was nowhere to be found. I left extremely pissed off. Whether it fell out of the car when someone was working on the car or whether someone took it, it doesn't matter. How does one go in for an oil change and leave without a tire gauge? When they looked around for it, it was only because I asked them to look around for it. Would I go back? Most definitely not. I made the mistake of going somewhere other than my regular spot and I won't be doing that again. This place is OUT. read more

So I was a bit paranoid because I saw a few documentaries on how oil change shops are cheating customers. (https://youtu.be/jBpMe36GoW0 if you want some paranoia of your own) In this shop you can see directly thru to where they are working with your car. I watched them - and yes, they ACTUALLY changed my oil. Not only that they topped of my windshield washer fluid, my brake fluid and one other fluid that I don't know. -WOW- I was only expecting an oil change. And my full synthetic oil change was at a good price. It took them about 30 mins to finish - which is good time considering they were busy. All in all it was good stuff. Then when we went back 5 minutes later, the guy acts like he doesn't know what we are talking about and denies any responsibility. Now I have to waste my time taking it into a dealership to troubleshoot and pay even more money to get the issue fixed. Don't waste your time with these people. My Mazda CX-9 broke down and I had it towed here. The guy I dealt with was so nice and helpful and patient with my situation. A friend recommended I go there, since it was so close. It is a no frills kinda place, so just know that going in. You might wanna wait elsewhere, although they do have a small waiting area. I think the Taco Cabana is walking distance, so just an idea. Anyways...I had multiple calls back and forth. I got his estimate and called around for comparison and he beat the competition all nearby, like Yost, the dealership, and one or two other places I called, by a bit. It ended up being a serious issue that was going to cost more than I wanted to invest in the car, so I opted to trade it in instead. He even helped me get it to the dealer. I appreciated that so much! It's never any fun to have a major car problem spring up, and I'm glad they were around to help me.
