HOWEVER, as soon as I got out of my car to hand over the keys, the septic smell hit me. It got worse inside the building (which is not kept up the way it used to be). I could hardly stand being in there. I paid (did not receive my extras for purchasing the package) and ran outta there to wait outside. Only to have to the septic smell hit me even worse on the other side! The wind made it worse and I was so eager to get into my car, I almost said forget the hand-dry! Wow it was overpowering. The scent stayed with me all day. I think the water they were using was also compromised. Those poor guys working there!!! Ugh! Anyway. Moving on to a diff car wash. Had not been there in a few years, won't go back. :/ so sorry :(

It blends in with th card reader and all the way at the opposite side of the other buttons. The low pressure wax is just low pressure water (at least from the stall that I used). There was no scent nor texture difference from water when I touched it. I think it's there to just use up your time. Tips: The triple foam comes out of the smaller hand nozzle and it is very inconsistent. It sputters sometimes. Use the wheel cleaner first so it has time to work on your wheels. The $15 is an authorization charge! It should show up as pending on your account but the charge doesn't completely go through untill it is posted on to your account. Edit: Confirmed the $15 was an authorization charge. Just make sure you hit end on the machine to complete the transaction.

The staff was extremely friendly. I actually had some stickers on my windshield, my local dump pass, and my most recent oil change, along with some old expired passes. The technician Reynolds saved the stickers for me, and put them back on the new glass without asking. I was impressed. If you are dropping off your car, and waiting, I recommend going to the McDonalds which you can see from Safelite, it's new, has Wi-Fi and outlets. Once again I was VERY happy with repair work.

Things are going great. A few days before the appointment I get a call. My glass is unavailable. They have to reschedule, but they really don't know when it's going to be in. February: Where's my windshield? How do I even get through to a person at the New London store? Don't worry, we'll get it to you soon. March: Where's my windshield? Oh - we couldn't get ahold of you! (THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME) We sent it back! We'll call you when it comes back in. April: I go on vacation... and life takes over. But no one from Safelite contacts me. May: I contact my insurance agency in frustration. Finally we get an appointment scheduled in June. Today: Today was my appointment. My husband took off work from 12-5 today. I even got an email saying they scheduled a tech. At 4:30 he contacts me because no one has shown up. I call the number on the email and after saying "representative" a few times, I'm connected with an employee. She assures me that I'm still on the schedule, but if the tech doesn't show up by 5, then please call back. 5 PM rolls around and no one. I call back and I get a voice recording.... with no voice mail option. We call the insurance agency. They have no way to contact anyone at the company either. So where's the windshield? I don't know. Where's my technician? I'm not sure. Will my windshield ever get replaced? You've got me. Will someone ever call me back? Highly doubtful. Will Safelight Customer Service comment on this post and encourage me to call some number only to talk to artificial intelligence? HIGHLY LIKELY.
