The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! (And for making it out there alive!)

I went into the wash and noticed a different setup. I can't complain that my truck was not clean but I noticed it was not dry. I took the whole time for the blowers to work. I usually bring a towel to dry my windows but saw that my roof, hood and windows were still wet. I never had that much water left before. I see that Rich P. had the same problem back in 2024. All the fancy new equipment and still have to hand dry my truck. Will not be back.

I've even gone through and they had me go thru again when I was too dirty. Clean towels and windex ( in the warmer months) but towels always to do a dry yourself and then vacuum for free. As I was going to do this, an employee (long beard, heavier-set, piercing in at least the left ear, didn't catch his name) came out and started arguing with me saying I couldn't do that and I couldn't "just get a discounted month every time I came in." I was entirely caught off-guard because I had never received this, the system offered it, and he was unbearably rude to me in front of my kids. It was off-putting enough for me not to want to go back to this location again. Horrible and offensive customer service.

I can say that the staff at Bob and Kay's are helpful but having nobody outside guiding u into the wash is a bit odd...though it works fairly well. The wash itself is maybe a tad below their competition but still gets the job done. The vacuums are also a bit weak and I think they need a little maintenance to get then sucking better again. Now I have over $60 on my credit card,(the one I paid off and tried to stop), plus the interest rate of 22.9% in which I'm having to pay for all of these months. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer.
