I chose First Choice Auto Glass to replace the windshield of my beloved Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our insurance agent had stated I could go to the establishment of my choice and liking. Always preferring a local business, I asked about to find one. Repeatedly, Chad's name was brought up as THE place to go! Okiedokie! Immediately, Chad's easy way of handling business made me feel that he was going to take care of what needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment at his workshop nearby for the next week. He assisted me to manage the ridiculous paperwork necessary to replace the windshield, and did so without problem. I would recommend Chad without reserve! He even likes good "man cave" decor to ogle while waiting! read more

Our grandson caught a rock kicked up by a truck; and because he had let his autoi surface lapse, it was going to cost him way too much. I contacted First Choice Autoglass, and he was able to give us a much better deal. We were very happy with the communication, the service, and the speediest of the work completed! Chad was able to meet me after work in a parking lot to review the windshield damage and explained my options to me. We worked out a plan and he promptly followed up with my insurance company and even got an OEM replacement window for my Ford truck! read more

I was given a quote over the phone for windshield replacement; once the service was done I was given a higher amount owed. When I questioned the amount, they acted like I was trying to con them and was told that the person I was talking to on site was the same person who gave me the quote and that I had the number wrong..very cocky and disrespectful..acted as if I was lying to get a better price. When I asked how they took payment I got the same attitude...clamiming they only take cash and I was told that..I was not told how they take payment on the phone..DO NOT use these people..Very shocked that they would treat a customer this way. read more

The technician who completed my windshield installed my windshield wipers wrong and now it's impossible to drive when it snows or rains due to the 16 inches it doesn't cover on the drivers side. Contacting the repair shop is nearly impossible and when scheduling with safelite the soonest they have to fix their mistake is 14 days later. They want you to wait 14 days for poor work causing a safety issue with your vehicle? I've just switched insurance companies to ensure I never have to deal with safelite again. Anyone forced to use safelite, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you choose safelite, you deserve what you get.

Hands down...the most INCREDIBLE customer service I've ever experienced! Chad went above and beyond to repair the passenger window of my car! I called First Choice Autoglass Center at 4:00pm. Chad called his supplier, pulled some strings, and somehow got the glass on a delivery truck about to leave. It arrived at his shop after 10:00pm, he stayed up VERY late replacing the window THAT night (emergency situation) and I picked it up and drove it to work the next morning at 6am!! I'm so very thankful that I stumbled upon First Choice. We will definitely be spreading the word about the friendly, professional, top-notch service we received from them! Great service, great price, efficient, and friendly. My 2005 minivan rear quarter window shattered. Other glass places could not find a replacement window. I called First Choice on May 17 and they had a replacement window ordered the same day and they were able to get my van in the shop for install on May 19. My BF's windshield has a huge crack across the bottom side from living in Alaska.
