I love Soar Pilates. The ambience is beautiful, the reformers are limited and spaced out so you can truly sink into your own individual practice even in a full class, and the instructors are all incredible. With the smaller class sizes, the teachers take the time to get to know each person, make recommendations for adjustment to maximize your workout and minimize creating potential injuries. I've tried other studios with larger class sizes and have found that the workout results were hit or miss, however at Soar, I get a great workout every time.
