After trying out other studios early in my Pilates journey, I realized I was not getting the true Pilates experience, nor all the benefits that it has to offer. I finally found Core Pilates, and after just a few weeks of consistency, I saw my strength, balance, and flexibility improve by leaps and bounds. Each class brings on new challenges, but in a way that is accessible and approachable. I found myself pleasantly surprised with how much I was capable of in such a short time! Nicole is a master at what she does. Her knowledge of anatomy, her attention to detail, and her cues and instruction are all top notch. The way she guides you through the flow and movements in such detail really sets her apart. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. Nicole is able to spot when even the slightest form correction is needed during class, and those corrections make all the difference in getting the most out of Pilates. Elizabeth and Christine are both excellent instructors as well. No matter who your instructor is, you are in great hands. Not to mention the effect of being blinded when glancing at the front windows due to the reverse lighting effect. Chest pain and heavenly gates up ahead after an extended treadmill session? Nope, it's just the front windows and a parking lot! On a positive note, the staff is always very friendly here!
